Dave Townsend is in Class by Himself I started to buy an i3 in 2015, and Dave Townsend consistently tried to get my business. He actually got in the best appointed car at the best price, I started to buy an i3 in 2015, and Dave Townsend consistently tried to get my business. He actually got in the best appointed car at the best price, but I had previously given my word to another dealer, and told him so. I could read how disappointed he was, as he worked so hard at trying to match what I wanted . I thought the next time I was in the market, I would reach out to him. In the next lease, Dave came up with a vehicle that was 48% lower than my prior lease while being built up way better than the first one. This was on top of generating multiple quotes on distance/duration variations for a lease. There may be no other Client Advisor more comfortable running numbers than Dave (he used to do home loans, which makes sense). When I was going to get the vehicle, I was unable to bring along my son for the new Graduate discount, and Dave met me half way by cutting the selling price further and delivered on every thing promised. If he worked for a bigger dealership (the stock available is a constraint for him) he could sell double the number that he does now, no doubt. More
