Dave found me my dream car - 540i I consider myself extremely savvy and thorough when it comes to research and execution before making a big purchase decision such as owning or leasing I consider myself extremely savvy and thorough when it comes to research and execution before making a big purchase decision such as owning or leasing a car. Instead of going to the dealership that has a car I want, I believe in finding the right dealership and more importantly the right sales person to find me the car of your dream. When I started my research for a dealership and more particularly the rockstar employee, Dave Townsend was miles ahead of everyone else. His reputation was beyond perfect on Dealerrater.com. It almost looked too good to be true so I cross-referenced him on google reviews and yelp. No matter what the platform I researched him on his reputation was impeccable. So, naturally, I reached out to him about what I had in mind. He immediately replied back by confirming that he got my request and he'll get back to me right away. His text was very personable and right off the bat, I was understanding all the hype about this guy. The car I wanted was at a different dealership and had to be a dealer trade. He didn't budge for a second or try to push his inventory on me. All of this was happening over the weekend and even after business hours he kept in touch and tried his hardest to make the deal happen. On Monday around noon, I received a text from him that he had successfully secured the car and it'll be all ready for me by the evening. When I arrived at the dealership he greeted as if we have known each other for years. He seemed more excited than I was. I got to the dealership around 8:30p and his shift had ended at 6p. He had gone home and had dinner with his family, kissed his kid goodnight and came back out to fulfill his commitment and hand me the keys to my dream car. I am good with numbers and with my calculations, he's got me a too good to be true deal. I had tried Crevier BMW, South Bay BMW, Long Beach BMW, and no one came close to what he was able to offer me and it's not because I came him written quotes from any of the aforementioned dealers. I give my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a BMW to go with Dave Townsend. He's honestly one of the most genuine human being in the business. Even if you live 200 miles away, driving all the way out to him will be the best decision you can make because he will take care of you and will find you anything you want for the best price you can imagine. Thanks, Dave! I will be seeing you in 3 years. More

Had fun buying a car for a change Thanks Murietta BMW On vacation from Idaho, stopped in to see the new BMWs. Had a lease, knew we were probably just window shopping.
