Geniuses are not smart at all and I just feel like for a veteran and loyal BMW customer, sales men never respected or given me the treatment that I deserve. Until I met Dave Townsend. Out of frustration of dealing with LA dealerships we went outside our bubble. It was worth the drive and this was an experience unlike any other. Car was ready, we were treated well and we felt very welcome at Hendricks. Signing was seamless and it was just he most pleaseant car buying experience ever. I highly recommend the drive, bc this small town dealership doesn’t disappoint in any way. I love my 640 and I can’t wait to do business with Dave again! Do everything you can to keep this guy! More
