This is a review of the experience I had with BMW of Murrieta. I dealt with Ryon Holland. He is absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end. I must begin by saying that I am quite a difficult customer requiring a specific budget, many options on the vehicle, as well as a remote customer almost 75+ miles from him. He was very aggressive in terms of pricing with the vehicle that at his dealer. Unfortunately the vehicle with all the options I wanted was sold. However, he continued to maintain contact with me, was very cordial and worked extremely hard to locate the vehicle I wanted, and went even more aggressive on a remote vehicle that did not have all the options I wanted. All Internet sales managers should be like him. Excellent pricing, no hidden costs, up-front, professional, easy-to-deal with via text/phone. Best buying experience ever. Because of Ryon, I will definitely refer customers and come back to BMW of Murrieta for my future Ultimate Driving Machines. Keep up the good work! More

I’m from Long Beach so I drove over two hours to get there. But let me just say it was well worth it. Once I got to the dealer I was greated by Carl Burt he was my salesman, he helped me through all of the details. He really made me feel he had my best interest in mind.
