The last 8 years I have called BMW of Murrieta my dealership because they go above and beyond on every level. First off, all of their employees are polite and treat you as if you are their own family when you come in. At Service, I am always offered help transitioning mine and my toddlers belongings into our loaner vehicle, and back to our vehicle when we return. Also, they have never not had a loaner vehicle to reserve for us.. even after an unexpected breakdown where I’ve had to be towed in. This is unheard of because several places I used to go to years ago would run out of vehicles, which is stressful for the customer. Not at BMW of Murrieta. Morgan Townsend runs the loaner desk. She and her team do a fantastic job!!! They have always handled our vehicles with extreme care and have always helped us with the price of out of warranty repairs in any way they can. Chad Ludwig is my all time favorite service advisor because there isn’t anything he couldn’t handle for us. He’s awesome!!! I highly recommend BMW of Murrieta to everyone I know. People always say how ‘expensive’ owning a BMW is.. but I have learned in life you get what you pay for. BMW of Murrieta will hands down give you the best Sales and Service experience, I promise.
