One of the best experiences my wife and I have had purchasing a car was with Jolene. The experience started with a simple call to Murrieta BMW Dealership where we were actually greeted by Jolene. I asked if a car was available that my wife saw on their website, and that’s were Jolene got my attention. Not only did she tell me that she will pull it up on her computer to check, but she actually walked out to the car and text pictures to my wife. Now remind you that we are in Mission Viejo, and we are dealing with a dealership in Murrieta, but it felt like we were dealing with a family friend that we have known forever. I don’t say this lightly as there is nothing better than friends and family...So here is the best part, after we worked out all the details over the phone, Jolene told my wife that she would have a driver bring the car to our house and we could sign the paperwork at that time!!! WHAT!??!Drive the car to south OC??THAT is customer service, along with a great no hassle price. I know I got a little crazy with the review, but it’s well deserved! Truth be told, I was able to conduct my entire lease via texts and emails with Dave - never had to step foot into the dealership. How is this possible? Not only did Dave process all the paperwork on his end and prepare the car, he went above and beyond to deliver the car to my residence...after work hours...80 miles away...all to fit my own work schedule. I’m blown away with Dave’s level of customer service, and I’m now a loyal part of Dave’s client family for the rest of my automobile leases. Not only does this reflect great upon Dave, but I’d like to think it also represents the management at BMW of Murrieta. By embracing technology, empowering their employee, and allowing Dave to demonstrate what it means to be a dedicated client advisor, I’m inclined to believe that the dealership overall is forward thinking and takes pride in their deals, their staff, and their customers. To top it off, Dave offered terms on a lease for a loaded 2018 BMW 540i that other dealerships couldn’t come close to matching. I spened less than 2 hrs from the time i walked in, did a drive test and came back to complete the paperwork and left with 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I will defenetly buy another car from them. Literally within one week, I had papers overnighted on my desk signing the deal. I gave Dave the exact numbers I was comfortable with and he didn’t think it would be possible at first. However he said he would do his best to make it happen and he got it done! No BS, straight to the point, and he did all of this 500miles away! I never once saw the car in person but it came perfect as promised. I try to keep my business close to home but when Dave is in charge, I have no problem going long distance. I expect to go back to him with my next purchase. More
