Everyone else around here might earn it one year and then not the next--so not a continuing focus. To me, that is an important factor. Fantastic experience. Dealt with Carl Burt, mostly by phone, until we needed to sign papers at the dealership. By that time all of the pricing and details had been agreed upon. Although it took a little longer than expected for the papers to be prepared (I guess several people have to review it before it is ready.) even that wait was pleasant. There was a minor glitch (dealt with by phone before going to the dealership) in that I was signing the lease but would not be receiving the vehicle until they got it from the port. Dealt with the sales manager on that one and they agreed to reimburse me on a pro rata basis for the lease payment for each day until the car was received (it took 5). The negotiation on that was nominal. You sign everything electronically on a giant "pad" in the F&I office. To tell you the truth, I was nervous about this because I am someone who reads everything and I just didn't know how easy it would be to do so on a "pad." It was far less intimidating or difficult than I had anticipated. And the interaction with the F&I manager was pleasant and uneventful. No pressure to purchase anything extra. Matthew, the resident lead tech guy delivered the car to our house and briefed us on everything. Overwhelming to absorb it all in one gulp but we are learning something new every day. And planning a trip to the dealership in a few weeks after we get all of our questions answered for the "encore" to which we have been invited--i.e. a review of all the tech. The reimbursement check arrived today. Without question, I have a warm and fuzzy feeling about this dealership. More

Amazing service Dave Townsend was great to work with. The leasing processing went as quickly as it possibly can. He walked me through the functions of my new car and Dave Townsend was great to work with. The leasing processing went as quickly as it possibly can. He walked me through the functions of my new car and sync my phone to the car. I left my CDs in my trade in and even on his day off, he was able to contact his team to retrieve my CDs which I really appreciate. One of my CDs belong to my 5 year old who would be sad if it was lost forever as it was customized with her name with every song. Very excited to be a part of the BMW family. More

While in route to Temecula i googled searched for the same make and model (Jeep Cherokee 2018) that I was in the market to purchase and found one list at Murrietta BMW. I had the pleasure and luck of speaking with a great salesman (Carl Burt) who assured me the vehicle was in the lot and a great vehicle. I arrived, met Carl, test drove the vehicle, and sat to do paperwork all in a matter of 90 mins. To be honest this guy was great and was extremely helpful. Contacted him about leasing a 530e, and he immediately told me how much I can save from various rebates, and e I got his contact from an online forum. I never had to set foot in the dealership; the car was delivered to my doorstep (some 400 miles away from the dealership) for a very reasonable cost. At each stage of the process, Dave was always reachable via text/email and took care of everything for me. In summary, If you want a competitive deal from a customer-oriented sales associate without the typical games played in car dealerships, Dave should be your go-to client advisor. More

I’ve been in touch with, Dave Townsend for about a month before heading in and he notified me on a new lease specials they had for the 4 series specifically. Initially, I was uncomfortable because I mainly purchased my cars, but Dave helped us out when we were unsure in specific situations. If Dave couldn’t give us a complete answer, his manager, Raymond Herrera would step in and helped us out with a genuine smile. A couple of hours later, things were clarified and we signed the lease on a new 2019 440i. I would recommend BMW OF MURRIETA, especially if it’s your first time leasing experience!
