However, Dave Townsend made the experience of getting a new lease incredibly effortless and surprisingly pleasant for me. The whole thing was done electronically. Dave was able to find the car I wanted, run the numbers, walk me through the application process - all within an hour. And a few days later, I had my dream car delivered after I got home from work. He even took the time to highlight the key features (this is my first BMW). Overall, this was the easiest lease I've ever had. I highly recommend Dave. He is very knowledgeable, dedicated and genuinely cares about his work. More

I have also been dealing with BMW of Murrieta for years as well having bought several BMW's through Joe. Although I left the Temecula Valley area, I still pass other dealers to return to Murrieta. BMW of Murrieta makes you feel like 'home', whereas most dealers you dread the thought of stepping on the lot. I don't trust them I recently brought my BMW in to Murrieta BMW for lease return pre-inspection. I was told that the rear tires needed to be replaced. Since I only put I recently brought my BMW in to Murrieta BMW for lease return pre-inspection. I was told that the rear tires needed to be replaced. Since I only put 7400 miles on the car in over two and a half years, this made no sense to me. The girl that did the inspection didn't have any answers so my husband emailed Joe Garcia hoping he could help us look into why or how this could happen, thinking that the tires may be faulty. Joe initially gave my husband a difficult time explaining he was a lease liaison and that tire service and such wasn't his job. He eventually agreed to speak to Victoria Guthery since our car was in for service that day and ask her to have a mechanic look at the tires. A short time later Joe called my husband saying that THREE mechanics inspected the tires and they ALL agree that the abnormal wear was due to jackrabbit starts. This is concerning because I have not and do not do jackrabbit starts. I didn't even know what one was until my husband explained it to me. I'm a middle aged mom that drives her daughter to and from school and does household errands. I'm not some teenager going on joyrides or speeding from light to light. After Joe told us about this I decided to look at the tires myself and did some research to figure out why they would think this. I read that there would be extra wear on the engine and gas mileage would be excessive- neither is true. Also, with jackrabbit starts on a rear wheel drive the rear tires would be significantly lower than the front. This is not the case since they told us one of the front tires is 3mm and the other 4mm, and it turns out that rear tires are also 3-4mm. I looked at the rear tires and discovered that the 2mm they measured is only in the center, which research tells me means that the tires had been over-inflated. I couldn't find anything to indicate that center wearing was due to jackrabbit starts. Since I've only ever had Murrieta BMW fill the tires, it must have been done by one or more of their mechanics. Why wasn't any of this mentioned after they inspected the tires? Since this was never reported to me and the fact that I don't do jack rabbit starts, I have to say that this is very suspicious. It really doesn't make sense that the tires wore out after 7400 miles, but instead of reasonable explanations or possibilities I'm told it's my fault for jackrabbit starts. Over-inflation is detrimental to the tires and can be dangerous. Not reporting the fact that the tires had been over-inflated is negligent. I explained all of this in a survey that they sent to me after my service visit but no one ever reached out to me. More

I was giving up on getting the car when I called Murietta. I spoke to Jolene on the phone who was kind, detailed oriented and assured me they wanted to earn my business. She listened to my needs and was able get close to my budget. I drove over an hour to Murietta BMW and it was worth it! I met with Dave and he was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and even though I switched colors and asked for a few other options he made it work! He made the whole transaction process easy and had me out the door in my beautiful, new BMW that evening. Best experience getting a new car. Highly recommend this dealership!! More
