This was our second BMW lease with Rodrigo’s assistance; we had been so impressed the first time that we wanted to work with him again. This would be primarily my husband’s car and we planned to lease another 430i Grand Coupe because we had enjoyed it so much. Nevertheless, we didn’t rule out other options. Rodrigo was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out the features and benefits of different models. He spent considerable time with us over a three-day period and never made us feel rushed or pressured, even though we were aware of a deadline that was quickly approaching when certain BMW incentives would expire. The most important thing to Rodrigo was making sure we made a decision that was right for us ‒ the right car at the right price. On the third day my husband went to the dealership on his own (because I was recovering from hip surgery) and met with Rodrigo again. My husband found himself very drawn to a beautiful 330i, a showroom model. Rodrigo was able to work things out with the sales manager, and twice that day – so I wouldn’t have to make the trip – he came to our home with the paperwork for me to sign.
