Had the pleasure of meeting Joe Garcia towards the end of my lease. Joe is the client advisor at BMW of Murrieta. He’s by far the best person I have ever worked with in purchasing a vehicle! $198 Car Wash! If it wasn't so bad I would laugh. Basically, I paid 198 for a car wash and pleasure of throwing away a vape left in my car by someone at the dealersh If it wasn't so bad I would laugh. Basically, I paid 198 for a car wash and pleasure of throwing away a vape left in my car by someone at the dealership. Took my car in to get checked out for a brakes squeaking. I have the maintenance package. Was told if the brakes didn't need replacing the inspection would cost $198. I reluctantly agreed, since I had driven to Murrieta on the recommendation of a friend. I get a text a few hours later saying you need another 4mm of wear to get them changed. Then I get a video of the inspection from the tech (very cool) is recommending the pads and rotors be changed because of grooving on the rotors. So I call the service advisor and he says yes, the tech is recommending that I change the rotors. But it’s the wrong kind of wear it’s not covered into the maintenance plan. A few minutes later I get an estimate for $1100 for pads and rotors for the front brakes. I pass because I have a maintenance plan and whatever kind of grooving or wear that I need to have I guess I’ll wait and see what happens hopefully nothing else breaks. I didn’t get any additional information from the tech or the advisor. Missing my old dealership now. Strike 1... I drove back to pick up my car after paying online for my $198 car wash. I go to the window to pick up my keys to my car, I tell them I paid online the other link and the man behind the counter says “I need to see the thing” I say “what thing?” He says proving I paid, I said you send me a link to pay, I pay and you don’t have record of me paying? He says “ya, we don’t know”....note to xxxxxxxx; make up a text that you paid and you're gold... I find the receipt on my phone (apparently “the thing” is the receipt on my phone. Thank god, I didn’t delete it because it doesn’t tell you to present it. Strike 2... I get in my car and it’s very clean, smells great but I see this strange metal object with a hole in one side in the cupholder. Maybe it’s a fancy air freshener? Nope it’s a Vape... I don’t vape nor does my GF. No one else has been in my car in months. Gross Strike 3 More

I contacted Joe requesting an internet quote to purchase a X5 and trade-in my 2017 X3. I also requested similar quotes from two other dealerships. Joe was the first to respond with out the door pricing. One of the other dealerships responded only with generic information and the other dealership's quote was not as good as Joe's. Once we decided to deal with Joe, he offered to deliver the vehicle to us along with the paper work to sign. We decided to take a drive to the dealership where the X5 was waiting for us at the front door. The paper work process was quick, and the numbers were exactly what we had been quoted. We received no pressure for add on services and were out the door much quicker than expected. I would definitely recommend both Joe and BMW of Murrieta to anyone who wants a quick, relatively painless, and ethical vehicle purchase. More

From the very first message I received from my online inquiry, I felt I was in good hands. I used text communication to work out all the details of what I wanted. Dave got me exactly what I wanted and had it all ready to go within 2 hrs of our communication! (With no surprises once I was there and ready to sign on the dotted line) Waking up to the dealership I was impressed how welcoming everyone was and the process was extremely smooth, efficient and relaxing! Not knowing what to expect car shopping during Covid, I was very impressed with all the safety procedures. I LOVE my new car!!! More

I was really surprised by how well the sales procedure went during Covid-19. The test drive process is really what bought me, I was able to fully experience the car for myself and I like that they trust their customers to go on solo test drives, I think that partly sold me, by the way, is the solo test drive. Jolene was extremely helpful with the pricing and made it so quick and easy. Osmond saved my butt also, he told me the warranty I was about to pay 2k for was going to end within the 7 days of ownership, which he then explained it all in detail and told me how a 48k warranty starting from this current milage is whats best and was able to give me a great deal on it. I hope to deal with Osmond again, he was very funny and I can tell why he's one of the best. Being in the car industry, it was extremely refreshing seeing the honesty and commitment to their customers they have. I will be back soon for my oil changes and washes, and in 3 years, maybe an M Series car? We'll see... So far, the car is amazing. It takes off like a rocket, the xdrive works wonders in launches! It's my daily driver and I just took it to Dana Point the other day, I love my X3! Thank you Jolene and Osmond! More
