BMW of Murrieta

A month ago We Bought a i3 from Bmw Murrieta. We where received misleading information on every question we asked!!!! Also didn't didn't tell us about the big i3 lawsuit they had on 2016 The main one wa received misleading information on every question we asked!!!! Also didn't didn't tell us about the big i3 lawsuit they had on 2016 The main one was about how is the driving when the car run out of battery and start driving on gas. We were told we won't notice anything and the drive will be smooth!!!! In reality we almost had an accident twice!!! Both on the freeway... we calculated the battery range but it changed during driving. One the car dropped to 45 miles from 75 miles but we where in traffic so did care... the second time it dropped from 75 miles to 20 miles!!!!! A track almost hit me !!! I moved to the right lane on the freeway and cars was pass me i was shaking and couldn't do any thing!!! Drove (walk) like that for long time until there was a down hill and the car git some speed (less then 45 miles) Took the car to service and been told there is nothing they can do.. that's the car. I don't drove the car since then. Went to the dealer to return the car but they refused to do that. Don't buy this car or any car at this dealership! ***we where approved by a credit company but the dealer didn't accept that and sold BMW loan, plus made us add $$$ for Add warranty. More
