Fast, easy and PROFESSIONAL staff!! I bought a Pre-Owned car from Dave Townsend via email and a couple of phone conversations. I was in Northern California and BMW of Murietta is in Sou I bought a Pre-Owned car from Dave Townsend via email and a couple of phone conversations. I was in Northern California and BMW of Murietta is in Southern California. The deal was quick, easy and very professional. Dave coordinated the paperwork to be delivered FedEx, so I could sign the docs and get them returned to the dealership before driving down and picking up the car. When we arrived on Saturday, the dealership was very busy, but sitting front and center of the covered parking, was my shiny new car!!! Dave greeted us and arranged for us to complete the remaining transfer paperwork (2 more signatures). The next thing I knew, we were driving off the lot in less than 1 hour!!! Dave then followed up with us on Tuesday to make sure everything went well on the drive back North......GREAT customer service!!! More
