My salesman, Dave Townsend, was always professional, courteous and most of all patient. It took a few weeks for me to finalize my decision to purchase my BMW through BMW of Murrieta, and I give all of that credit to Dave Townsend. He spent a great deal of time answering questions, while at the same time never pressuring me to close the deal. The truth of the matter is I could have purchased the same car from a BMW dealer in my hometown, but they just did not have quality sales people like Dave Townsend. More

I came to the BMW of Murrieta because Ryan was my service adviser in Escondido, but when he moved to Murrieta, I went to check this dealership out, and I have to say it's the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. I appreciate Skip the salesman who has been especially helpful in my purchase of my second car with BMW of Murrieta. He was very helpful, and persistent on finding me the car of my liking. He spent an entire day texting me with information on cars, until we were able to make a deal at 9pm. Skip was patient, informative, non-pushy! and easy to talk to. I would never shop anywhere else after this great experience I just had with them, and I love my 328I BMW. Thank you all for being such great people. Thank You Ryan Cornille and Thank You Skip. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU CHAD LUDWIG !!! FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED INTO MURRIETA BMW IT HAS BEEN PERFECT SERVICE !! I had to come in and get some interior work done on the driver's side door. CHAD LUDWIG was my service advisor and was very nice. He worked quickly and scheduled to get me a loaner car for the day while the work was being done by a specialist they had to call in. Everything went so smoothly. Everything promised from the day I bought my BMW from Ryon Holland to working with CHAD LUDWIG and the MANAGER of BMW was perfect ! Great service and good offer from the start I was looking for a car, and I was shopping from out of state. After looking at different cars and making Dave go through car over car trying to find the perfect one for me on price and options when I showed up at the dealer they are the perfect car for me. I love it. It has perfectly everything that I wanted and I am not paying for any extra option that I didn't want. During this almost month that I spent talking to Dave in order to find the best price, car and credit, he was always willing to help and find me wat I wanted. I shopped around 6 dealers in CA, and UT, and Dave was the one where I felt that I could give my business to since he was always willing to help, and find me the best price. I trusted him that he would not try to play any games with me or try to do funny business at the end as I saw in other dealers. I would totally do business with them again, so see you Dave in three years for my next car :). More
One of the best BMW dealerships I've been too. It was my first time being here, due to service going wrong at another dealership, and I must say one of the best I've ever been too. Definitely worth the drive to Murietta just to get my car serviced and I live all the way in Compton. All dealer reps should be like Dave Dave is nice, communicative and helpful. I sent him a request via TrueCar.com, and he responded almost immediately. We followed up w/ a phone call, and then some more emails - Dave always responds really quickly (usually 5-10 minutes), also until late at night. He's always courteous and provides answers to all questions, so there's not any of the "well, I can't help you unless you come to the dealership" cr** that so many other sales guys use. We were able to agree on terms, and scheduled to meet. We were late (close to closing time on Saturday of Labor Day weekend), but Dave stayed w/ us, stayed friendly and when he saw we were hesitant (we missed something in the description), helped us w/ good advice and even an improved price. Bottom line - that's the best way to do business. Seriously. More
