Before we bought this car, we drove every similar car in the same group/class---for 11+ hours, over two Saturdays. During these demo/test drives we had the pleasure of working with Robin Russell, the most knowledgeable and professional sales person---when compared to any of the other car sales people we met at any of the other dealerships in Salt Lake. If you are looking to buy any kind of cross-over, you must test drive a BMW and ask Robin to show you the kind of techniques that will help you realize exactly why BMW handles and drives far/far better than any other cross-over in its class. Most importantly, Robin is a pleasure to work with and you will appreciate his knowledge and thoroughness. Lastly, when we arrived to pick-up our BMW---Robin had it waiting in a special showroom hidden under a car cover, for the moment of unveiling. I have bought cars my entire life---and have never experienced anything more wonderful than this moment. Time for a new transmission? I took my 2003 330i with 85,000 miles in because the transmission went into limp mode. They diagnosed it an told me that my transmission had FAILED!! I took my 2003 330i with 85,000 miles in because the transmission went into limp mode. They diagnosed it an told me that my transmission had FAILED!!! They showed me some dirty fluid and said BMW does not repair transmissions and the cost to replace it was around $5,500 dollars. I went home, bought a code reader on Amazon and reset the transmission codes. My failed transmission rose from the dead, like a Phoenix, and works fine. They never offered to clear the codes to see if they would come back. They just looked at their flow chart and said "needs a new transmission". I did take it to a shop and had them replace the transmission filter and fluid (after an internet search). I spent $385.00 to have this done, Although I could have done it cheaper myself. In my opinion you should not take your BMW to this dealership for transmission service. "BMW doesn't repair transmissions", nor have do they the ability to really diagnose what's wrong with it!. They also have a captive market in Utah for parts and charge full price for everything. Order your genuine parts from the internet, where it will cost you much less. More

Awesome Customer Experience I started looking on line for a vehicle because my time is so important. I started talking to Andrea and she was super helpful. I found the car I wanted and reached out to her and she turned me over to Lee. I gave them all my information over the phone and was approved within the hour. That was very impressive. I called and and told them about my time restraints . I showed up and was greeted by Lee . He had already been pro active getting the car ready for delivery. Just a few final numbers to be figured out and agreed upon. The Sales manager was great to work with as well . I got through the entire process within a very short time and was on my way. Lee understands great customer service doesn't stop with the sale but also the follow up after the sale. The whole experience was great and the treatment exceptional!! I would recommend this dealer to my family and friends to buy a car!! They get it. More
