There isn’t much stress involved here like there typically is with most car buying processes, it felt like a very laid back approach. I worked with Weston Firmage and Chris Durr, and they are top notch client advisors and I couldn't recommend them enough! I originally was looking at a Mercedes and was pretty much set on that was what I was getting, but I decided to take a look at a BMW even though I was certain I would get a Benz, but that changed very quickly after meeting with Weston and driving the X5. Based on the car, the exceptional customer service, and the incredible deal I received on an X5 I was sold on BMW. I looked at two different engine options and went back and forth between the two, they were very patient in my decision making on which model I wanted and it was all low pressure and very far from being pushy. They even sent me home with a demo car for the night. Once I decided on the car, it was prepared for delivery in no time. The purchasing process was by far the fastest and smoothest I've ever experienced. Weston had all the paperwork drawn up and ready for me to sign the second I walked in the door and he explained it all and we got through it very quickly. In past experiences I’ve had to go through the whole spiel with the finance manager of all the third party company options, services, protection plans, ect. Weston handled the whole entire process start to finish. He went over all the options with me and again there was no pressure to buy any of them and they were all offered directly through BMW instead of some strange unknown company. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience and would do it again in a heartbeat and would recommend Weston, Chris, and BMW of Murray to everyone!! More

Horribly inconvenient, every oil change takes 5-7 hours Jeris seems fine but working with the BMW service center is so inconvenient that I will never buy another BMW. I have dropped my car off for oil changes, with appointments, on several occasions and on each occasion the oil change has taken 5-7 hours to complete. What is the point of making an appointment with me if you can't get my car in for 5 hours? How do you think that impacts my day? More

The Service and Sales have been always been great at BMW of Murray, but one can worry that your luck of having good service is about to run out when you have it so many times in a row. I could not have been more wrong. The consistent level of excellence is mind boggling, but oh so appreciated. I went in knowing that I wanted to turn in my X1 for an X4 and not only did Chris Durr try to find me the exact car I wanted, when that wasn't possible we went through the process of ordering exactly what I wanted. I have never felt so at ease with such a large purchase. It felt like every single concern or question I had was one that Chris would take on personally and make sure I was satisfied. Easily reachable, personable and quite honestly goes above and beyond in every regard - I cannot say enough good things about Chris Durr because it won't do him justice. BMW of Murray has made me a life-long customer and Chris Durr and those around him are the reason why. I could drive the 5 minutes to go to BMW of Pleasant Grove or the 25 minutes to BMW of Murray and BMW of Murray would win every time because they are the pinnacle of excellence.
