Both my wife and I have BMW's. Most of our interaction with BoM is with the service department. I have been fortunate enough to get to know Dave Hansen, the service mananger, Jeff Jorgensen, the SA, and t with BoM is with the service department. I have been fortunate enough to get to know Dave Hansen, the service mananger, Jeff Jorgensen, the SA, and the best service tech in the business, Jeremy Robinson. Granted, the cars don't need service that often, but when they do, we always go to Jeff, and then request Jeremy to do the service/repair. We have had very positive experiences with both of these gentlemen. The cars are always done when stated, they are washed and vacumed out, and all work done. I have been driving BMW since 1979, and have had a long and positive relationship with BoM. Theymake it very hard to buy another brand of car. First class, professionals I recommend them highly to anyone who asks. More
I have purchased two BMW's from BMW of Murray and found them to be competitive in pricing, professional and most important their service department and my service representative is the best that I have had them to be competitive in pricing, professional and most important their service department and my service representative is the best that I have had in buying automobiles for the past 45 years. I can buy almost any automobile that I want and I keep coming back to this dealership because of the high quality service that I get from Val Sehara in the service department and David in Sales who is always willing to assist in any way possible. I recommend my co workers and business associates because of my experience with BMW of Murray and will continue to do so. Best dealership and brand that I have been associate with in all these years. Jeff was very helpful and kept me informed on the status of the car. I had to have it serviced at the last minute before a trip and he was able to get it done on time. He was awesome to work with. After a miscommunication with the service phone answerer about coming in right away. (I had to come back the following Monday), everything went well. Chris made sure that I was kept up to date on the status about coming in right away. (I had to come back the following Monday), everything went well. Chris made sure that I was kept up to date on the status of my service -windshield wiper fluid not coming out on freezing day — that following Monday. The shuttle was there to take me to and from my work too. Overall it was a very stress free day when my x5 was in the shop. I only wish that there were more vehicles to lend out. Otherwise I would give Chris gold stars in taking care of me. More
All of the people we worked with from the receptionist, to a helpful salesperson, to the three service men, were so friendly and knowledgable! They took the time to help us with all of our questions and needs - and we didn't even buy the car from them! They went out of their way to make us feel that we were just as important as any other BMW owner or person who may be shopping for one, from their dealership. The follow-up from Jeff Jorgensen has been wonderful, as he is concerned with a part that is being ordered and repaired by a third party, due to an after market warranty that we purchased from our initial dealer! One word: SUPERB! More

You guys are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much more professional, friendly, and nice to do business with than my previous dealership in the Rockville, Maryland (Can I say that?! HA!). Love that it's a breeze to drive up, get checked in, grab a cup of coffee, and then be taken home by your car service until my car is done. I am a newcomer to the BMW scene. I just bought my first one in July of 2010. Since then I have had my car in once for warranty repairs, and again for damage caused by a collision. The BMW service department has provided me with a shuttle or loaner car on each occasion, and on both occasions they repaired my car on time. Getting your car serviced at the dealership is more expensive than other independent shop options, but it seems like the service advisors understand that and go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I have owned many BMW I will always own a BMW. I am always offered a loaner car and my car always gets fixed in the time I am told and it always get fixed the first time. It is returned to me clean and ready to go. Val Knows everything about BMW's and wants my car to be running at like new. I can't believe that other dealerships don't operate like your dealership then they would have customers loyal to them. It is a pleasure owning a BMW and knowing your there to help me with anything I might need. Val always is willing to teach about features that my car has as well. I give her an A+++ and your dealership the same. More
It was a great service appointment. I was in and out in under 30 minutes total, including drop-off and pick-up. The loaner vehicle was clean and perfect while I was without my vehicle.
