Not only is Robert incredibably well versed with all of the BMW cars available for sale, he is a tireless advocate to provide the best package of automobile and pricing that he can pass along to his customers. I have now purchased three cars from Robert and each experience has been exceptional. He is also a lot of fun to work with and his enthusiasm for BMW cars makes it a pleasure to shop for a new car. I have not taken the time to shop around when I have purchased a new car in recent memory as my experience with Robert and with BMW cars has made BMW of Murray my go to dealership. Jeff Jorgensen is in the service department and has serviced all of my cars. He is absolutely responsive and always provides me with a full and informed update as to the status of my car and the service being performed. In addition, he always manages to go beyond the typical expectation that I would have in servicing my cars. Jeff gives me the impression that the BMW of Murray service department is the best around and a step above any other dealer service department that I have dealt with. I just recently was helped by David Clark but the help he gave me in my last purchase was beyond exceptional. More
I was politely greeted in my car by a service adviser, in a very clean drive in area. Mr. Smithson promptly greeted me and after looking at my record he determined what my car would need. Most of us have been conditioned to dread the car buying experience. We long for the smell of new leather but loathe the inevitable trip to the dealer. Evan Gray was so professional, informative, friendly and fun! For the first time I felt I could trust my sales person. He took what is normally a painful event and made it fun. This was the best purchase experience of my life! And as for the car...please! You cannot go wrong...this is the ultimate driving machine so do yourself a favor..go down to BMW of Murray and ask for Evan Gray! You will not regret it! More

I have worked with Steve Smithson as my service adviser for several years. He goes out of his way to help me, whether it's a simple question or a problem with my car. He has even helped me out when I was out of state. He's really an asset to BMW of Murray and one of the reasons I will continue to do business at that dealership. More

I was very lucky on the day I walked into the BMW dealership to have Mark Crandall be the sales specialist I ended up working with. Never once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle and he was m dealership to have Mark Crandall be the sales specialist I ended up working with. He made the entire process fun and has been truly interested in my personal satisfaction. Mark was, and is, always available to answer any and all questions and responds in a very timely fashion. Mark made sure that I was updated throughout the entire process as to the status of my car being built. Mark has a great personality and made me feel very relaxed, when a typical car buying experience can be a little nerve wracking. Once I picked up the car he had all of the paperwork thoroughly prepared and explained each step in detail. I have already referred Mark to a couple of my friends and I would happily purchase another vehicle from him in the future. He is a great asset to the BMW of Murray dealership and to the BMW company. Steve Smithson has been great to work with and I have been treated very well. Even though he takes care of many customers he makes me feel like his #1 priority. He returns my telephone calls and keeps me updated on my car. I truly appreciate the professionalism and courtesy that has been shown to me and my car from the service department to the receptionist who also takes care of you while you wait.
