Most of us have been conditioned to dread the car buying experience. We long for the smell of new leather but loathe the inevitable trip to the dealer. However, I am pleased to report that thanks to BMW of Murray and my sales person Evan Gray my long standing opinion of car dealers has changed! Evan Gray was so professional, informative, friendly and fun! For the first time I felt I could trust my sales person. He took what is normally a painful event and made it fun. This was the best purchase experience of my life! And as for the car...please! You cannot go wrong...this is the ultimate driving machine so do yourself a favor..go down to BMW of Murray and ask for Evan Gray! You will not regret it! More
I have been a customer of this dealership for many years. They have always been very professional and honest with me and my husband. I have worked with Steve Smithson as my service adviser for several years. He goes out of his way to help me, whether it's a simple question or a problem with my car. He has even helped me out when I was out of state. He's really an asset to BMW of Murray and one of the reasons I will continue to do business at that dealership. More

I was very lucky on the day I walked into the BMW dealership to have Mark Crandall be the sales specialist I ended up working with. Never once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle and he was m dealership to have Mark Crandall be the sales specialist I ended up working with. Never once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions. He made the entire process fun and has been truly interested in my personal satisfaction. Mark was, and is, always available to answer any and all questions and responds in a very timely fashion. Mark made sure that I was updated throughout the entire process as to the status of my car being built. Mark has a great personality and made me feel very relaxed, when a typical car buying experience can be a little nerve wracking. Once I picked up the car he had all of the paperwork thoroughly prepared and explained each step in detail. I have already referred Mark to a couple of my friends and I would happily purchase another vehicle from him in the future. He is a great asset to the BMW of Murray dealership and to the BMW company. Steve Smithson has been great to work with and I have been treated very well. Even though he takes care of many customers he makes me feel like his #1 priority. He returns my telephone calls and keeps me updated on my car. I truly appreciate the professionalism and courtesy that has been shown to me and my car from the service department to the receptionist who also takes care of you while you wait. We have been coming in to this dealer for a couple of years, never felt pressure to purchase, but always left feeling his appreciation for our visit and a willingness to engage with us on our terms and in relation to our needs and wants in an automobile. If we had experienced anything like pressure to buy, we would have left and not returned. That was not our experience even remotely. His patient and knowledgeable approach was of enormous help to us as we shopped for a car, and ultimately purchased a car with which I think we will be very happy for years to come. He was more than fair to us about price, giving us the sense that he understood our financial limitations and that he would do his best to earn our patronage, find us the best care for our needs, and at a price that was within our budget. He also offered to assist us in selling a car which we had and were interested in selling. And this was after we had agreed to purchase. When the agreement for us to buy the car was made, Geoff did not stop trying to help us, but continued to work with us. That shows sincerity and care and creates the most essential ingredient for this kind of relationship, trust. I really can't imagine a more important dimension of a sales/customer relationship when large sums of money are involved. I will recommend this dealer and this sales person to my friends with the highest enthusiasm. More
