The SAV was delivered before it was promised and in flawless condition, including the finest application of a clear bra that I have ever seen. Evan Gray made the process of ordering a vehicle absolutely painless and kept us from making a serious mistake with interior leather colors and wood grain accents. He had answers to every question and went out of his way to keep us up to date. Evan even came in on his day off to deliver our X3 and handle the in and out sell of our former vehicle, a huge convenience to us and it saved almost $2000 in sales tax! We will be recommending Evan and BMW of Murray without reservation and I am confident that our service needs in the future wiill be handled with equal customer care. More

I had not considered BMW again, because with each new car purchase I prefer to buy new manufacturers that I have never owned before. With this recent new car purchase, I was heavily considering the Audi Q5. Let's just say that the day I was ready to sign on the line for a new Audi Q5, Ben convinced me to come in and meet with him one more time. He wanted to introduce me to the brand new X3! Ben's no pressure, but gentle directing toward the new second generation X3 was what it took for me to turn from the Q5 and to the X3! It took Ben convincing me to come in one more time and it took a 10 minute test drive to immediately know that "Ben was right"! The BMW is definitely a superior automobile. And it certainly didn't hurt that the new redesigned model was much, much more aesthetically appealing to me. It is a beautiful car. I had the fun of building my own new X3! The weeks of anticipation waiting for the new car were worth it! I have to say Ben seemed as excited about my new car as I was. He spent hours on a Friday night with me and the new car. Our new BMW 535 XI was delivered recently. We have been delighted both with the car itself and the care and outstanding service we received from the salesperson, Geoff Simeona. We had to sell a 1 year old delighted both with the car itself and the care and outstanding service we received from the salesperson, Geoff Simeona. We had to sell a 1 year old car which we had leased elsewhere and Geoff was eager to help us get what we needed to get for the car to get out of the lease. He has been patient and helpful throughout our lengthy decision process about the BMW and was willing to sell us the car for what we believe to be a very fair price. We had information of dealer cost, etc., through Consumer Reports and Costco, but arrived at a price that was fair all around. It was clear throughout the whole process that fairness was a mutual interest for us both. Geoff was also helpful after the car was delivered, coming to our home to help us coordinate the garage door opener with the new car without losing the connection with our other car - not as easy task. His patience and thoroughness explaining all of the features of the new BMW was impressive, as was his eagerness to answer our questions and make sure we were pleased with our purchase. In fact, his own enthusiasm for and belief in the quality of his product, was for us a major selling point. Not in an over-bearing way, but more of a quiet confidence that listens carefully to what we were saying and asking, and addressing that, rather than merely spilling out a lot of information that may or may not have been of interest to us. Geoff demonstrated that sales expertise is really about listening - listening carefully before giving us information. Helping us to identify and describe our wants and needs by asking questions such as "What are you looking for in a new car?", "What is important to you in your next car?" As he listened to and addressed our responses to questions like that, he was able to speak first to what we were seeking, rather than what he was selling. This is a huge difference, and it is why we bought the car we did and why we are so pleased with the car and the salesperson and his employer and organization. We will most certainly recommend this dealer and Geoff and product to our friends. More
