I was getting a remote battery warning and called Justin Rogers. He told me I could come right into the dealership. I came in to have my BMW serviced and thinking I needed brakes. I was directed to James Duran and could not ask for better service. When James called me several hours later and said my car was ready, I asked him what was needed on our car. James said the car did not need anything but had suggested before that we get our emissions and safety done. I was extremely impressed as that saves me time in dealing even down to the sticker. Our car was washed and our floor mats were cleaned. We couldn't have asked for better service. My husband and I both were so impressed with the honesty and integrity of this fine man. When we are ready to purchase again, I have told my husband I wanted a different car just to have a change, but after our experience in working with James, I am definitely considering BMW again. Each of my trips into the dealer I have always been treated very well. Steve Smithson has been exceptional in taking care of me and making sure that the work is completely done in a timely manner.
