I had been looking to buy a used VW Gti 2.0 Turbo for a I had been looking to buy a used VW Gti 2.0 Turbo for a few weeks when I came across one for sale at this dealership online. The car had great pictures and looked to be in excellent condition. I proceeded to drive up and have a look at it. I was greeted and although I am 29 and look as though I might only be 20 I was treated with respect and acknowledgement. Robert Weitzel was the one available to help me and after asking me to have a seat so that he could finish up with another customer he proceeded to ask if I would like a drink. The lobby was inviting and quite luxurious with leather couches, TV and cool car magazines to read. He was very polite and informative and showed me the car I had come to see. It was just as it had been advertized and in fact had less miles. He took me for a test drive and allowed me to drive it through a creative test course he had mapped out already,which allowed me to test all the features and stability of the vehicle. I was very pleased and was set on purchasing this car. My girlfriend who works and university federal credit union advised me that they have a scale rating for dealerships that is 1-3 and that this one scored a 3 and is not to common. In other words they come highly recommended. Robert was in contact with me throughout the whole process and made this car buying experience very painless. Thanks again and my next car will also be purchased from them :) More

He was also fair when it was time to conduct the business of purchasing the car. Though I appreciate Roberts knowledge and professionalism prior to my purchase, I appreciate more his communication after the sale. He has contacted me regularly since my purchase, and continues to answer my questions. I would recommend Robert to anyone looking to buy a BMW. BMW of Murray is fortunate him on their staff. More

I brought my X3 to the dealership for some warranty work and for my emissions and inspection. John Reynolds was gracious and helpful getting me an appointment when the schedule was full, for that I am appr and for my emissions and inspection. He took my information for what was needed on my X3 and got me into a loaner vehicle. When my X3 was finished, Ian contacted me with the pleasant news. Upon arriving to pick up my X3, Ian graciously facilitated getting my registration squared away such that when I left I had all I needed for my X3 to be licensed for another year. Both gentlemen put a commendable focus on customer service. More

Steve Hampshire customer service from beginning to end was outstanding. Geoff Simeona was also great to work with. I would be happy to work with them again. We had a difficult circumstance with purchase as we spent a great deal of time working on a car purchase where the car was already sold and no one knew it. The salesmen and store did everything in their power to make it right and we were grateful. So, it was not the best experience initially, but I feel the the final outcome was very good and we were pleased because of the efforts of our salesmen. Thank you ! More

I had purchased a used BMW within the last year and encountered a problem with the car. I new the car was beyond the warranty and thus I would be paying for the repairs. I had a great experience working with Aron when I bought my car and he told me to always come to him if I have questions about maintaining my car, In this instance I described the symptoms to Aron, in turn he was able to find information about the problem and reassure me that the problem would not harm the car in the short term. Next Aron and I sought out John Reynolds for information regarding the frequency of this problem. John confirmed the problem has been seen before and provided viable options to fix the problem in the most fiscally responsible manner. John also asked Justin to check if the extended warranty for a faulty map sensor applied to my car, which it does. The three gentlemen were professional and a pleasure to work with. I will be back again. More
