Robert and his team at BMW Murray were fantastic. I knew what I was looking for when I arrived 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday night, and he talked me through the vehicle for an hour past closing. I picked up my vehicle two days later. The customer service Robert provided was great. I was two and a half hours late for our appointment when I picked up the vehicle, which was also two hours after they closed. Robert didn't appear to mind at all! (Even though he should have. That was very rude of me! I promise I am not always late.) He was kind and took the time to get me in my vehicle and on my way. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from BMW of Murray! More

My husband and I went to many dealerships looking for the perfect car for us. Hands down BMW on state street treated us way better than anybody else. I bought my Mazda 3 from the BMW of Murray and Parker Boice was the one to help me out. Parker is in his 20's and is someone who knows what he is talking about. Further, I have stopped by his office from time to time since, and always been greeted by that same friendly gentleman. In the Service Department over these past three years I have dealt with Val Sehara most often. What a treat; I am always happy to see her, as she is friendly and very helpful. Most recently I was there for an annual state vehicle inspection, and will be back in a few months for a regularly scheduled inspection. I like my BMW and especially like the folks at BMW of Murray. I also posted this on G+ and was going to rewrite for here, but decided I'm pretty happy with the wording I used there so here goes, with some additions: I'm not the kind of guy who looks like he belong here, but decided I'm pretty happy with the wording I used there so here goes, with some additions: I'm not the kind of guy who looks like he belongs in a BMW dealership and, in all honesty, am probably not. I'd spent weeks scouring the web and combing local dealerships for a WRX that I wanted and would fit in my price range. I saw BMW Murray had one that might fit the bill but was a bit out of my range, so I emailed and asked what they could do for me. Right away they offered me enough of a good deal that I decided to go in and take a look. Now I'm at the point in my life where I had made some bad past decisions and my credit is bad as a result. I'm working on building it back but am not there just yet. My loan came through an agency and I thought all was good to go. I dealt with Robert and he went above and beyond from point 1 to work with my loan group to ensure they had what they needed (and also that I had what I needed as well). The loan group started pulling some nasty strings on their end and threw me for a loop a few times but Robert pulled through every time and, in the end, made leaps and bounds and sacrifices, all so a guy he barely knew could leave satisfied, and with a car he wanted. Robert was a consummate professional and made me feel very at ease the whole time. He took me on a great test drive and played to the needs and wants of a guy who came in looking for something sporty and fun. He's also a really cool guy and was very easy to deal with and get along with. I'm not really a person who does reviews for business stuff, because I tend to feel like most of them are, well, just businesses..but these guys took a guy who should probably have been looking at some lower end dealerships and made him feel as though he'd walked in to purchase a high-end BMW at their establishment. I really can't even describe the feeling of gratitude and elation as the deal was sealed and I knew I was for sure walking away with a car I've dreamed about owning for ages. Robert and the team at BMW Murray are rockstars, and truly good folk, and I know exactly where I'll be starting next time I'm in the market for a car. I'll also highly recommend them to anyone I hear mentioning potentially looking for a new vehicle. More

I had been looking to buy a used VW Gti 2.0 Turbo for a I had been looking to buy a used VW Gti 2.0 Turbo for a few weeks when I came across one for sale at this dealership online. The car had great pictu I had been looking to buy a used VW Gti 2.0 Turbo for a few weeks when I came across one for sale at this dealership online. The car had great pictures and looked to be in excellent condition. I proceeded to drive up and have a look at it. I was greeted and although I am 29 and look as though I might only be 20 I was treated with respect and acknowledgement. Robert Weitzel was the one available to help me and after asking me to have a seat so that he could finish up with another customer he proceeded to ask if I would like a drink. The lobby was inviting and quite luxurious with leather couches, TV and cool car magazines to read. He was very polite and informative and showed me the car I had come to see. It was just as it had been advertized and in fact had less miles. He took me for a test drive and allowed me to drive it through a creative test course he had mapped out already,which allowed me to test all the features and stability of the vehicle. I was very pleased and was set on purchasing this car. My girlfriend who works and university federal credit union advised me that they have a scale rating for dealerships that is 1-3 and that this one scored a 3 and is not to common. In other words they come highly recommended. Robert was in contact with me throughout the whole process and made this car buying experience very painless.
