Thanks to David Johansson and Robert Clark at BMW of Murray! - I truly felt comfortable throughout the entire process because of their attention to detail, follow through and overall amazing abilities! When I first arrived at the dealership, I wasn't sure what to expect (buying a new car is a big decision) but David and Robert were such a pleasure and were always very sincere, honest and friendly. I trusted them both very quickly because I always felt my questions were valid, and I felt I was treated more like a friend than a potential customer. I was at ease being around them, and could feel they really wanted me to enjoy the process and be treated fairly. I could also feel their sincere desire to help me find the car of my dreams, and make my experience personal and memorable. I have had such a wonderful experience buying my dream car and it was truly a stress free easy process from start to finish because of David and Robert -They both went out of their way to make my experience one to treasure and I am truly so grateful to be driving an incredible BMW at the conclusion of a really amazing journey! Jeris Oberle's service for my wife and I was exceptional and we would recommend Jeris and the dealership service department enthusiastically and with no reservations. He was wonderful. The work done was done well, accurately, and quickly. Jeris told us what to expect and that was exactly what happened. "We will take care of it," he said. We were directed to a customer service rep who was efficient, and helpful. She arranged a driver to take us to a nearby mall while we waited. The driver made helpful suggestions regarding the mall and told us where he would meet us when work was completed. We figured at least two hours, probably more. Instead, the customer service rep called us within 50 minutes and told us the driver would be picking us up in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later, we were on our way back to the dealership. Jeris met us, explained carefully the work completed. The problem resulted from a plastic container wedging under the chasis and Jeris explained exactly how the problem was rectified. On top of that, the car had been washed completely and vacuumed on the inside. It was a pleasure to deal with Jeris and the others at BMW of Murray. We strongly recommend them. More
Ben Beer is AWESOME. We have worked together before at BMW of Murray. I am interested in a Z4. I am 6 foot 2 inches, and sat in the Z4 of which I thought was going to be a bit small for my build. Ben was fluent enough with BMW so that he could dial in the seat to fit me - PERFECTLY. It's wonderful to have such a great dealer and contact at BMW of Murray to address any concerns I have. After visiting numerous dealerships, we finally found the quality service we were looking for at BMW of Murray. The minute we arrived Robert Weitzel was there to help us. We took a spin in a Mini Cooper and quality service we were looking for at BMW of Murray. The minute we arrived Robert Weitzel was there to help us. We took a spin in a Mini Cooper and knew we found the right car. The whole process from there was easy, timely, and organized. There was absolutely no pressure at all which made the whole experience very comfortable. Robert demonstrated remarkable customer service. When we picked up the car, Robert had it detailed again, had some small dents fixed, ordered a new mirror cap because it had a small scratch, and ordered a replacement car manual and second key. We didn't even ask him to do those things, yet Robert went above and beyond. We are so glad we found BMW of Murray, and would definitely buy a car there again. More
There is one thing that really upsets me when dealing with dealerships. Miss quoting and then lying about something that was obviously his fault. I was left a message quoting the cost of parts and labor with dealerships. Miss quoting and then lying about something that was obviously his fault. I was left a message quoting the cost of parts and labor at being 217$. Then after finally getting through to him somehow magically it was exactly 50$ higher than he said. Then he blamed me for not understanding his message. I listened to it 10 times after getting off of the phone and there is NO mistaking what he said. I am not happy with this exchange and will no longer do any business with them, after this current service is performed. I will also most likely not purchase another BMW after this either. Especially not from BMW of Murray. After speaking with his manager this situation has been rectified to an acceptable level and am now pleased with my transaction. More

I deal only with Jeff Jorgensen I am one who requires great detail from service I receive from any business especially when it comes to my cars. I deal only with Jeff Jorgensen our Service Writer and Jeremy Robison is the only technician that has ever worked on any our BMW's we have had or any of our other cars. His attention to detail seems to be his priority over speed. And if you want a Service Writer that is professional and respectful of you time then Jeff is your guy. More
