Excellent experience working with Robert on finding my new car. He worked diligently to find a car with the options I wanted. When the car came in Robert took the time to set up the electronics and settings and then spent 90 minutes going through the entire car in detail to make sure I understood everything. His service was exactly what you would want when buying a new car, especially one as expensive as the one I purchased. I would definitely buy from him again and recommend him without hesitation. More
I was so excited to buy my first new car, but also very nervous. Luckily, Robert and Juan were incredible to work with! They couldn't have made the process any easier on me and I am so grateful for all of their wonderful help. I have owned 11 BMW's in the past 25 years, most of the purchased and all were serviced by BMW of Murray. I have never had a bad sales or srvice experience with this dealership. Those that know me know I'm very particular about my cars. Currantly, I own a 2012 X5 5.0 twin turbo, 2004 X3 and a 2000 Z3. I have them serviced on a regular basis at the dealership. This past week I noticed my front tires on the X5 were wearing out on the outside. I dropped by the dealership and requsted a front end alignment. I was informed that before I could get it done I needed to replace the front tires which are expensive runflats. They are also a large size and high speed rating making them expensive. Val made me an appointment for the next day and I left BMW to shop for tires. I got quotes from three national stores including a discount store. None of the stores had the tires in stock and I was told it would take a week to get them in. I checked with BMW and their prices installed matched within $1.00 of the lowest quote from the other stores. So you know were I bought the tires. The allingment price was also near the prices quoted by others as well. The next day I took the X5 in and had the tires installed and front end alligned. Val was great to work with, she always is, I have had her as my advisor for many years. The car was done when promised. In the past if there was a problem Val has always called and let me know what it was and ifnormed me if there was any delay. Other BMW staff I have worked with closely are: Dave Hansen Service Manager, John Reynolds, Assistant Shop Manager & Jeramy one of the best mechanics in the shop. I might add that Dave Clark assisted me in the trade and sale of my 2007 BMW 550 when I bought the X5. More
When I walked into BMW of Murray I was very stressed about buying a new vehicle. Before going to the dealership I had researched the vehicle I was most interested in with the options I thought I would about buying a new vehicle. Before going to the dealership I had researched the vehicle I was most interested in with the options I thought I would like. I would like to thank Robert Clark for quickly putting me at ease. He answered all my questions and made suggestions that helped me with choosing the options that were the right fit for me. Even thou the thought of financing was painful he quickly had the information entered and he had me approved within minutes and at the price I wanted. He told me how long it was going to be to take delivery of the vehicle and kept me informed of the progress. On the day of delivery he spent time going over the features of the vehicle and getting the setting right. I have gone back to the dealership several times since delivery and Robert is always courteous and friendly, spending time answering questions. I am still waiting for the 007 features. I.e. front and rear rocket launchers, passenger seat ejector, rear fog and oil slick, and the ultimate clocking device which he said was only available in Brittan. More
I purchased a car from this dealership. I flew in to pick up the car. Before I left the dealership sold me an extended maintenance package. They did not explain the pros and cons. They knew that I only drove about 5500 miles a year. I have come to trust BMW and trusted that I was given advice that was in my best interests. When I returned home I registered the car with my local dealer. We discussed the maintenance package and I became aware that due to my low mileage the maintenance package probably would not pay off for me. I contacted Murray and I was told by my service advisor that there was no problem in canceling the policy. They told me to go to my local dealership and cancel it. When I spoke to my local dealership they told me that they would take a financial hit because they did not receive the money in the first place. I contacted Murray and they said that they did not want to take the hit;therefore, I could not cancel the policy, More
Robert and his staff was amazing in helping me transition from my previous car to a new BMW. They knew it was a big step for me so they were very patient as I made my decision. Once I decided the model I l from my previous car to a new BMW. They knew it was a big step for me so they were very patient as I made my decision. Once I decided the model I liked they gave me several options to chose from and were helpful as I weighed the pros/cons of different colors and interior patterns. When I picked up the car they helped me learn its systems and made me feel comfortable in it. I would highly recommend BMW of Murray for its friendliness and their ability to give a good price - I also thought they were very fair on the trade-in value they gave to me. More

Tyler at BMW of Murray is the best service advisor one could ask for. He is always friendly and willing to help. He takes care of us efficiently and effectively. I appreciate that he keeps us updated on t could ask for. He is always friendly and willing to help. He takes care of us efficiently and effectively. I appreciate that he keeps us updated on the status of our repairs and informs us of costs before the work is done. This leaves us with no surprises when we pick up our cars. Tyler is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are happy customers. My husband is very particular about the way his car is cared for and we always trust the work of BMW of Murray.
