The service wasn't bad but it wasn't great. But I expected a lot more from BMW. BMW is a lifestyle brand and that expectation needs to filter into their customer service. I felt like an inconvenience to him since he asked me questions I would assume he knew even though I made an appointment weeks earlier. The receptionist wasn't all that great. She would take calls and send text messages while " helping me". My car wasn't brought up but it seemed everyone else's was. I was told where it was and had to go out back to find it. All my car settings were changed. I would expect this from any other dealership except BMW. More

I located a unit like what I was looking for at BMW of Murray. I went there several times over the space of two days to look at the car and talk to the people. I am very fussy about cars and expect a lot from the dealership. I was not dissapointed with BMW of Murray. Everytime I went there with my questions and demands I was completely satisfied. The pricing was fair, the service was amazing, and I have my beautiful 2011 Nissan Altima coupe with every option Nissan offers, plus a clear-bra, a full tank of gas, and the car was detailed to perfection. And, an offer to return to have the licence plates installed when I get them. That's service! More
