Fantastic experience I was on a road trip from Chicago to Seattle and I was making a stop in SLC. I called at 9am and by 10am the car was being worked on. They repaired everything on the same day, and charged me nothing. They choose to have everything covered by the warranty, even though I told them that I take the car to the track and if they felt anything was a result of that I would be willing to pay for it myself. I had the best possible experience with them and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The car was worked on immediately and it was ready exactly when they promised. And the price, $0. More

Before the day ended, I had committed to buy the little bugger, and two days later it was in my driveway. Scott was delightful to work with, and he never made me feel pressured. I don't respond well to pushy or high-pressure salespeople, no matter what I'm shopping for, so his relaxed, open personality is probably as much to blame for my purchase as the car itself. I felt that his responses to my questions were honest, rather than just what he figured I wanted to hear. He's been helpful with a couple of follow-up issues/questions, as well, so I think I'll continue to be treated courteously, promptly, and fairly as time goes on. I'm still waiting for the plates, tags, and title to come in, but I'm sure they'll be here well before the temp expires. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BMW of Murray to anyone who's looking for a car, whether it's new or pre-owned. More
