BMW of Murray did a great job of doing an alignment on my 335xi. I asked them to slightly modify my alignment to some specific specs I wanted and they did it. My car drives great and I'm very happy with the job they did. Thanks guys! More

The only problem is that sometimes it feels like they have a monopoly on BMW vehicles & parts (and the truth is that there is no in-state competition). I have received several price quotes higher than the "Fair Market Value." On one recent parts purchase, I saved more than 20% by working with another BMW dealership outside of UT. On the positive side, the management team certainly seems to care about customer experience. More

Fantastic experience I was on a road trip from Chicago to Seattle and I was making a stop in SLC. I called at 9am and by 10am the car was being worked on. They repaired ev I was on a road trip from Chicago to Seattle and I was making a stop in SLC. I called at 9am and by 10am the car was being worked on. They repaired everything on the same day, and charged me nothing. They choose to have everything covered by the warranty, even though I told them that I take the car to the track and if they felt anything was a result of that I would be willing to pay for it myself. I had the best possible experience with them and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The car was worked on immediately and it was ready exactly when they promised. And the price, $0. More
