When I picked up my car not only was it completed on time, it was cleaned inside and out and they had performed a number of other services that were due saving me an additional trip to the dealership down the road and it was all covered under the BMW warranty. As part of the service, I needed new tires. Thinking that the tire prices from the dealership would be more than I could find elsewhere, I shopped around for tire prices. I was a bit surprised to discover that the dealership price was very competitive alleviating me from the hassle of having to purchase the tires somewhere else and then having to arrange for mounting and balancing. BMW of Murray is a great place to have your BMW serviced. More

Kori Criddle is Awesome! I recently purchased a 2011 335 I from Kori Criddle. I actually had just stopped by the dealership to take a look at some of their inventory thinking I recently purchased a 2011 335 I from Kori Criddle. I actually had just stopped by the dealership to take a look at some of their inventory thinking that I was going to be purchasing a M3 from a dealer downtown. I had concerns over a Carfax report that the other dealer said was no problem. Kori went out of her way to pull an Auto Check on the car for me and found out there was indeed frame damage. Being a bit bummed, I hesitantly asked what she had that would be a great fit for what I was looking for. She showed me a car and gave me the opportunity to take it to lunch and drive it around for a bit. We came back and discussed terms a bit (in the pouring rain!) and I told her that I would take the weekend to think about. There was no pressure from her and was available via text to answer all my questions over the weekend. I called her Monday morning and told her I had a window to come pick up the car before heading to a meeting. When I arrived, she had everything ready and I was in and out in about 30 - 40 min including a quick tutorial. She made the entire process smooth and I feel she really tried to understand what I was wanting and was interested in. I would highly recommend Kori Criddle and BMW of Murray. More
