With having my own service advisor (Mike Carbone) I feel confident when dropping my vehicle off to the service department because he is very k staff. I recently spoke to the mechanic (Harvey) who explained everything to me in elementary form so that I can understand. As a person who is not an expert in vehicle mechanics, I appreciate that he took the time to call me and explain it to me. I also left town for a couple of days on vacation and the team completed my vehicle and had it ready for me when I returned. This leaves me confident to come back to the team for any future concerns on my vehicle. More
