Buying a new 2011 X5 at Mt Laurel BMW was indeed a rewarding experience. The price was great, the staff was knowledgeable and professional. The process was smooth, painless and efficient. The price, as rewarding experience. The price was great, the staff was knowledgeable and professional. The process was smooth, painless and efficient. The price, as discussed over the phone and in e-mails, was honored. The car was built and delivered ahead of schedule. Overall the dealership deserves A+ rating the way they handled the sale. Special thanks to Arthur, Mark and Sarah. You will get my referrals. Andrej More
The dealership has created a winning team effort that supports you as soon as you pull your car into the service bay. There is a person taht immediately comes over to you to confirm your appointment and supports you as soon as you pull your car into the service bay. There is a person taht immediately comes over to you to confirm your appointment and that they have a loaner car waiting for you. This provides a confidence feeling. Then that person takes you to your service advisor who is on the ball already. The process flow is smooth and accurate getting your service needs, etc. The loaner is ready and you are out the door quickly in a nice clean inside and out loaner. The atmosphere is cheerful and respectful thoughtout the organization. After 2 years of ownership of my 2008 BMW I feel like family when I come into Mt Laurel BMW. Sincerely Rich Ingelido More
I talked to one of the sales associate about a BMW 5 Series car on the phone and he offered me the best price on the phone. He suggested I come to the dealership today and I went there only to be disapp Series car on the phone and he offered me the best price on the phone. He suggested I come to the dealership today and I went there only to be disappointed. The horrible experience was with the New Car Sales Manager by the name Artur. First of all he said he could not give the car for the price the above sales associate had offered me. Then he said he cannot make a deal unless I take a test drive (This is one of the weirdest thing I have heard). So I took the car for a test drive with the sales associate and then after coming back the New Car sales manager offered me sale price of $1000 above the price that we had agreed. I think this was a tactic by the Sales Manager to get people into the dealership and then start the OLD tricks of how special an XYZ car is and why a customer like you and me should pay more than what we agreed upon. If I were you, I would definitely avoid this dealership and save a trip and everyones time. More
My wife and I, along with our 7 month old golden retriever were traveling north along the New Jersey Turnpike to visit my wife's Grandparents in New York and to celebrate her Grandmother's 85th birt retriever were traveling north along the New Jersey Turnpike to visit my wife's Grandparents in New York and to celebrate her Grandmother's 85th birthday. At a rest stop, the rear passenger window regulator to our X5 failed, leaving the window in the down position. Not wanting to travel all the way to New York with the window down, we searched frantically for a local BMW dealership. We could not have been happier to find this dealership a little more than five miles away. First, we were very surprised and relieved to see it had Saturday service hours. We have not encountered many (frankly, any other) BMW dealers that have Saturday hours. Second, the entire staff, and Bobby Jones in particular, were so very understanding and helpful. They handled our difficult situation with care and class. Our car was repaired quickly and professionally, as we would expect. But the kindness of the staff was what set this experience apart. We were so thankful to see how welcoming everyone was to us, especially since we had a 60 lb puppy in tow. There are few places that would open their doors so readily as Mt. Laurel BMW did this weekend. Although there are several other dealerships closer to our home, I can say we'll certainly keep this one in mind when it's time for us to get our next BMW. More
This dealer has time and time again failed to take notice of my needs as a repeat and Valued customer of BMW. It pains me to no end how this dealer seems to let the best deal for the customer fall short of of my needs as a repeat and Valued customer of BMW. It pains me to no end how this dealer seems to let the best deal for the customer fall short of closing the deal and almost guarantying return business but most importantly referrals. I am a proud owner of an 2008 E92(M), 2008 E60 (M), 2008 E66 and when I came to pick up a GT550i for my wife, the sales team let me down once again. It was all a matter of simple interest. Well, it was a lack of interest to close the deal. I will not recommend this dealership to my friends, family and colleagues until I see a change in this dealership's customer experience! P.S. There are more I could share but I believe serving the ratings and the above aforementioned is a good start. I should have done this when the dealership was on 73 and named DeSimone. Regards More
It's an arrogant attitude that pervades the entire service department. Loaners are scheduled two weeks in advance and then not available. Work is not performed until the problem worsens and another service department. Loaners are scheduled two weeks in advance and then not available. Work is not performed until the problem worsens and another visit is required. It's a lot of hurry up and wait and wait and wait. The service experience for the customer is not BMW quality. An "undercover boss" episode would be eye-opening for them. More
In the past three months we have contacted the BMW dealership reguarding paint chips comming off from the bumper on the front of the car. We have made multiple calls and a few trips. The first tim dealership reguarding paint chips comming off from the bumper on the front of the car. We have made multiple calls and a few trips. The first time we went to the dealer they looked at the car and told us that the paint is chipping because the bumper had been repainted. They said that they will look into their records for receipts about the paint job and that we will have to come in again when the district manager comes in at the beginning of next month. Beginning of next month we go to the BMW dealer again. The district manager tells us the same thing and that they did not find any receipts or records of the car being painted and will have to look some more at the records. A few weeks pass by and we do not hear from them. Very annoyed, we call back again and this time we have an appointment to see the pre-owned cars manager and he looks at the car. Unfortunately, the car has a new scratch on the bumper close to the area where the paint was chipping and he tells us that the paint chip is from a collision damage. When we tell him that we have not have any type of collision with the car he says its normal from tree branches hitting the car while driving or other drivers hitting the car while parking behind it. He even shows us the back of our car that has a small indentation on it from a vehicle that may have bumped and parked. Nothing can be done through them because it was not a defect on there part because the scratch on the bumper is probably due to something colliding with the car and the paint chip is due to the same thing. When we ask him why we were not informed about the bumper being repainted he tells us that they do not have to inform their customers of any paint job they may have done prior to purchasing cars from them. My advice is to always thoroghly inspect your car for everything prior to buying a floor model from this dealer. They will basically just give you the run around in the end if anything is wrong with the car you are on your own so don't waste your time with them. This will be the last BMW purchased by us. Their idea of good customer service is giving you the run around so as long as they do it with a smile, then I guess thank you so much for the run around and thank you for telling us with a smile that you guys are absolutely useless.
