The service department at this dealership is poor. On our visit, we were told the car would be ready in a couple of days. It took 10 days. They told us we had to approve replacement of the windshield i our visit, we were told the car would be ready in a couple of days. It took 10 days. They told us we had to approve replacement of the windshield if they broke it while replacing the rubber seal around it which had decayed. They broke it, wanted almost $2000 to replace it. We said, we'll take it without the windshield and get it done aftermarket....then they back tracked and suddenly had some 3rd party doing it onsite for 1/2 the price. They we paid another almost $2000 for convertible roof seal replacement....which wasn't done when we got home....after we went back because the engine had loose parts and was rattling (not sure if it was tools or failure to reassemble...all vague. I would not go there. I've had similar bad experiences at Holman Toyota service. This is not a well managed service organization. More
I purchased my first BMW here 5 years, and had a great experience. Recently, I had hoped for the same while trading in for another BMW, and had the opposite experience. I finally just left- and purchased a BMW X4 from Circle BMW and had a great experience there. This place needs an overhaul or some training in customer service. More
Untrustworthy I filled out an application. I had a Preapproved from Capital One Auto finance. They wanted me to use theirs. She told me they could not get me appro I filled out an application. Needless to say, I was told that I was denied. Since it was a holiday weekend I was could not contact auto finance. I finally got through and I was told that I am approved. I called back to speak to the finance manager. Left a voice mail explaining. No one called me back. I will give someone else my business. More
Their attitude stinks, "we don't negotiate prices " Plus they sell their used cars as is. What if someone reset the "service engine soon light" and it comes on 100 miles after leaving their shop. Do Not Trust Dealership I recently leased a 2020 540I and during the process the finance person sold us a warranty to cover a rims and windshield. He told my wife and i that I recently leased a 2020 540I and during the process the finance person sold us a warranty to cover a rims and windshield. He told my wife and i that it could cost over $1700 to replace the windshield and this coverage protected us from that cost. Well i guess i should have read the fine print because what he told us was not true. I called today because i have a crack in the windshield from a stone while driving but they told me it was not covered. The warranty over covers minor chips and cracks. In fact the coverage is basically worthless. So beware BMW Mt Laurel will do anything to make sale so read fine print and don't trust what they say. As a side note this happens to be my 3rd BMW and it will be my last.. The problem is i am stuck with dealing with this organization for 3 more years More
