Was in for oil change/service and vehicle inspection. I could not be more thrilled with my experience at BMW of Mt. Laurel! I am a 15 year veteran of the auto industry and as such my expectations were not very high. However, this transaction was as smooth as it could be! Ky was very accommodating upfront and honest! He even got me a loyalty discount with me having to ask. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the price quoted is the price received! Mara in finance was also absolutely fantastic!! Finance always gets a bad wrap but this girl hooked me up! 3 year extension on my cpo, Gap that covers 150% and wheel and tire package for an unbelievable price. I am already familiar with Mt. Laurel's service as that is how I became a sales customer and I am both excited and thrilled to be apart of the Holman family. Highly recommend if you are looking for a straight forward no nonsense car buying experience. That is a total rarity these days and I found it at BMW of Mt. Laurel! Thank you so much!! More
I had been working with this dealership for over two weeks. We had negotiated terms and numbers and I went in to sign paperwork and do a deal. I was told that the wheels would be repaired from some curb weeks. We had negotiated terms and numbers and I went in to sign paperwork and do a deal. I was told that the wheels would be repaired from some curb rash prior to my appointment, that was not done. I decided I would do it myself if they took the price down some more. After doing this discussion and agreeing to a monthly payment amount, I consented to a credit check. After running my credit and my fathers, we realized that the credit check was showing up twice on my father’s credit report. They didn’t have an answer as to why. Additionally, after running the credit check and completing everything, they told us that they ran the original quote incorrectly inputting the wrong mileage. They changed the deal and wanted me to pay an additional 45 dollars a month. I stressed to them that we had already been in agreement and this was their mistake, they refused to make any acknowledgment or have any way to rectify their mistake. They told me I could sign at the new number or leave. So not only did I not get the car I wanted, both my father and I have a credit check. Brought car in for alignment. Picked up car and noticed that the steering wheel was crooked. When driving in a straight line, the steering wheel was offset to the left. After a few hours received the car back. Again the job wasn’t completed properly. The steering wheel is still offset to the left. Less prominent but still offset. This is after I had a previous bad experience with the same car. Had a pre purchase inspection done and I was never made aware that the car had down pipes. Never received a video of the undercarriage and found out about it after I had the car serviced for a check engine light. More
2024 X7 M60I, during my recent service my advisor recommended wheel a alignment on a 6 month old car, when I questioned it he said you must have it a pothole, then put me on hold, came back and said recommended wheel a alignment on a 6 month old car, when I questioned it he said you must have it a pothole, then put me on hold, came back and said these are high performance tires and are almost worn down, so i asked him to ask manager to comp this one since car is so new, i told him we did not hit a pothole. He asked his manager and came back to tell me that actually we dont need an alignment anymore, we wont need it until the tires wear out so never mind. WHAT???? that sounds like unnecessarily trying to charge me for services not needed. Then once the service was complete, you forgot to reset the computer so now i have to come back in and reset indicating that the previous service was actually complete. Just terrible and careless. Then the dealership called to ask if we were satisfied, i told her the story, she said she doesnt even have our car on record, that she would look into it and never called me back. 0 out of 10 rating.
