It was a quick deal with no strings attached followed by no pressure document signing with Joseph Abate, and I got the keys to my brand new M2 in my hand! More

I am so unpleased with my service advisor’s rude attitude. I complained about the issue and he sent me a letter with exactly the same attitude. My name was not even acknowledged - just a “Hello”, an attitude. I complained about the issue and he sent me a letter with exactly the same attitude. My name was not even acknowledged - just a “Hello”, and no sincerity in his apology letter. He definitely needs to learn how to write a sincere email and improve his work ethic towards his customers.
