I always have a great service experience at BMW of Mountain View. I’ve been taking our 2012 X3 there since we purchased it, and they’ve kept it working well for the 9 years we have had it. My experience at the service center at BMW of Mountain View was very pleasant. I was greeted outside, as I pulled in with all the paper work ready. I picked up the loaner car and was out of there in 5 min View was very pleasant. I was greeted outside, as I pulled in with all the paper work ready. Tires were swapped, the car didn't recognized the tires. Tires needed to be enrolled again. Reset didn't help. Dealership didn't mentioned that to the customer. Computer software got updated.
