I rated it good because I trust the service team at BMW - they’re responsive, informative and take the time necessary to explain things. They’re efficient and communicate well. Where there’s area of improvements as I see them, is 1.difficult to get through on phone (but they do call you back quickly) 2.car is not delivered back, clean - my tire-walls were dirty, car hadn’t been washed. I always find that disappointing. Delivery driver didn’t wear a mask inside the car. He did have seat cover in and foot/shoe paper down (that he took with him) but wasn’t overly friendly or attentive and didn’t point out my key was in the cup holder - I thought he walked away with it. Had to walk after him to verify). The loaner department is great and trustworthy and helpful. Had a manager there go above & beyond for us there. Appreciated that very much. The store, the service department is very clean & shiny. Looks great. Feels very comfortable and rich, easy to sit down in and they let you walk wherever so it’s laid back. I trust them. I like my service specialists that I consistently see & interact with there. I go back time and again. More

The cashier wasted at least ½ hour of my time by not pulling my car. I had my id out for her but she chose a different car that had $2600 worth of work when I told her my car was 1 mo old and was there pulling my car. I had my id out for her but she chose a different car that had $2600 worth of work when I told her my car was 1 mo old and was there for the sunroof. Instead of checking the piece of paper in front of her she decided to call my service person who wasn’t even in the building. It wasn’t until I asked to talk to the manager that we figured it out and I finally got out of there. It shouldn’t take over an hour to return a loaner and get my car back. It now rattling in the sunroof area, but I don’t know I have the time for them to check it. More
