The service rep did an excellent job and kept me informed me of everything needed about the job after my dropped my car for service. The only problem I had was the loaner arrangement in the scheduling system. I scheduled my service in the evening for an open slot the day after. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told there is no loaner available. They arranged a Lyft shuttle for me which was OK for me. But the feedback mechanism to the user shall be fixed if the loaner is not available or cannot be arranged in the given time. More

I recently serviced my rare BMW M3 here with Wayne. Wayne is a great advisor who made sure my needs were met both in terms of the car and in terms of service expedience. I had my toddler with me. The lounge area and lounge staff were very comfortable and accommodating for me to work while my toddler played with his toy cars. Worked with Marc on my 2018 x5 diesel. Brought it in for new tires and had there check engine light come on. Found out that it was the spark plugs and covered under warranty. Was provided a loaner car and picked up the x5 the following day. Hassle free experience! Additionally, in March of this year, had a faulty door panel which kept making a rubbing/knocking sound. Marc did a great job with the foreman to add additional padding to the door panel and completely illuminated any annoying sounds! Always a please working with Marc! More

I believe great service come from great people going the extra mile. Mark Sleiman, my service advisor really bailed me out of a mess (car had window broken and I needed scheduled service plus new window al extra mile.
