I took the CPO car I bought recently from this dealer back for replacing center console buttons. I lost all my settings for M1 & M2 and other settings tied to user profile. And the car has been acting we back for replacing center console buttons. I lost all my settings for M1 & M2 and other settings tied to user profile. And the car has been acting weird since I picked it up. Could not pin it down for a few days as I am not driving it everyday. It turns out the car is in limp home mode. So now I have to take it in again! On top of all this the dealer appears to be asking me to pay over $2k to remove stains on the center console I reported when I bought the car. I would have returned the car if they told me I have to pay $2k for it! Marc did a great job ensuring my loaner was available and kept me informed. I wish he was a little more proactive and sent me updates without me emailing and asking about the progress as I had to make plans in advance to pick up the car. More

I’ve been going to BMW of Mountain View for services since I purchased my vehicle from them in 2020. I’ve been having great experience since then until my most recent visit last week, and probably would since I purchased my vehicle from them in 2020. I’ve been having great experience since then until my most recent visit last week, and probably would be the last time I would go to this dealer for services or for purchasing a vehicle. I had my vehicle annual service done with them last week. After I picked up my vehicle and left the dealer, I discovered some new curb rash on the left front wheel of my vehicle. I was pretty confident that the curb rash was not there before I dropped off the vehicle with them. I immediately sent an email to my service advisor, told him about my concerns and consulted with him how we could get this incident settled. Also gave them a call and left a voice message. Unfortunately it’s been quite a few days and never got a response from them neither via email nor phone call. Very disappointed!!! More

However, the ladies at the front desk (cashiers) could receive in depth training in Customer Service. Their CS is absolutely terrible. Very very blah blah.. More
