Process of making an appointment for service is easy. Service Rep had both called and Emailed me to alert that it was time to schedule a service for the car. Service Advisor Marc was helpful in going through both the standard service and then some additional items that I wanted to have checked. Marc arranged a Lyft ride to get me from the Dealer to Home and then when the vehicle is ready for pickup, another Lyft ride from Home to Dealer. This Lyft service is a real convenience item for me. A service appointment automatically appeared in myBMW app saying that I had an appointment coming. I also received emails and text reminders for service, but I was told it was all a mistake when I got to the saying that I had an appointment coming. I also received emails and text reminders for service, but I was told it was all a mistake when I got to the dealership. The email & text was from a person who left 3 years ago and the appointment was not in the system. They accepted my car for service but no loaner car was provided. They said I have to re-schedule if I insist on a loaner car. I decided to leave the car there w/o loaner but life was very inconvenient for 3 and a half days. More
