Good experience at this dealership when I went in for my M3 break in service at 1200 miles. The service advisor Branden was helpful and answered all my questions. Sent my car in to get the dent fixed in the door. Also to have the trunk fixed doesn't open. Got the car back door looks great but trunk is still not fixed and the inside of the car was dirty. On top of my head, my X1's sunroof glass blasted (shuttered to thousand pieces) unexpectedly while I was driving on 101 south before Covid 2020. BMW Mountain View checked with BMW and agreed to fix (shuttered to thousand pieces) unexpectedly while I was driving on 101 south before Covid 2020. BMW Mountain View checked with BMW and agreed to fix my sunroof free of charge. The service was fast and I thought it was all OK. I did a mistake of not checking the sunroof after it was fixed. I just had a baby and Covid hit, we were all locked-in for months and didn't think about using the sunroof. It is after 3-4 years that I opened the sunroof and there are still powdered broken glass pieces on the sunroof tracks. The sunroof doesn't function properly. I cannot believe how this can be missed at a location that provides professional BMW service. To my huge mistake not testing the sunroof right away after all this time, I don't know what to do. To anyone it would be clear that there is no way I can implant broken glass pieces on the tracks but not sure if BMW could fix the tracks now. I am really upset. For basic services the BMW Mountain View is good. Didn't have any issues. More
The first time I made an appointment and brought my car in, they said they don't have enough EV techs to look at it that day so I had to come back in and get my car. The second time I made an appointment in, they said they don't have enough EV techs to look at it that day so I had to come back in and get my car. The second time I made an appointment and brought my car in, they said they don't have enough EV techs to look at it yet. It's been 4 days now and they haven't looked at it yet. Thankfully I got a loaner this time. More
