BMW of Mountain View are exceptionally great with their customers! I feel I’ve made the right choice in purchasing my first BMW at their location. My husband never cared to purchase European cars because of the maintenance costs, but working with Kevin Tran gives us an extra peace of mind that we’ll always be well taken care of. He goes well above and beyond with customer service, he’s very personable, and great with advice. My experience at BMW Mountain View would definitely make my husband and I less hesitant in purchasing a second BMW in the future. Thank you so much for such a great first experience! I had my annual service on my BMW this week and can only say that it was outstanding. Everything was handled as planned / promised. Overall experience was good. Hugo was very professional and helpful. What affected my experience are: 1. I was assuming the car could be washed but there was no car wash. 2.
