Service Specialist I have worked with Brian Brassington since 2015 and he is very thorough and most of all knowledgeable about maintenance of my BMW. During this particular service he not only ensured that all required services were conducted but checked to see if there were any factory warranty scheduled maintenance items. He always greets you with a smile and a positive can do attitude. A rare attribute these days, unfortunately. Diagnosis and repairs on 328i Like Echols was very helpful with my service visit, from arrival to pick-up. Having to leave my car at the shop for multiple days due to waiting on an Like Echols was very helpful with my service visit, from arrival to pick-up. Having to leave my car at the shop for multiple days due to waiting on an EasyCare representative for a warranty claim was disappointing and unexpected, but Luke was helpful in getting me a loaner car setup so that I could get around in the meantime. He has been my SA for a number of years and has always been polite, knowledgeable, and truly concerned for me as a customer. He communicates in a clear manner so I always know what service or repair is required and what is recommended. He is timely in his follow-ups as status changes and helps me make decisions as what repairs to do. He is truly a gem in a dealership that has an excellent staff. Luke, Renee, Jason, Chad, Aquan, Danny, Roger...the list goes on. I am happy to say that BMW of Montgomery is a place that I feel confident in taking my Ultimate Driving Machines and knowing I will receive fair and reliable service. BTW, they are a big part of me having purchased multiple BMWs and am currently purchasing another 2019 X5. If they were not all that I have said, I would be looking elsewhere for my next purchase.
