The vehicle I purchased was shipped from another dealership. Bought a 2021 BMW X3 and paid an extra $500 for the certified Preowned warranty. It took us taking the car in 3 times to have the breaks fixed. now the car makes a whistling noise that sounds like pres certified Preowned warranty. It took us taking the car in 3 times to have the breaks fixed. now the car makes a whistling noise that sounds like pressure releasing from somewhere in the engine area. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone so we took the car in along with a video clip of the noise. The dealership stated that they would notify me when they are able to look at the car with a loaner since a loaner wasn't available. After 3 months of no notification, we decided to notify corporate who was no help. We have no waited over 4 months and have yet to get a response. Lesson learned is that they will make many promises when you purchase the vehicle but don't expect them to uphold any of those promises. Expensive lesson learned. They do not even deserve the 1 star More
