This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was in a bind needing to purchase a mini van but I lived 70 miles away and was not able to spend too much time away from home because my wife was o I was in a bind needing to purchase a mini van but I lived 70 miles away and was not able to spend too much time away from home because my wife was only days away from giving birth. Mike, Danny and Mick went out of their way to conduct as much business over the phone as possible so I could get in and out quickly. I was concerned about buying a vehicle I hadn't seen in person but these guys did not let me down. The van had all I asked for an more, not to mention it was in perfect condition! My hat is off to everyone at BMW of Montgomery. They are friendly, professional and I wish I could do business with them weekly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase any make, model, new or used vehicle. Kudos to Mike, Danny and Mick for a job well done! More
As always, my service experience is outstanding. The site location excells in customer service, whether its sales or service. This location should be the model that your organization can utilize as "best pra location excells in customer service, whether its sales or service. The level of "welcomeness" starts with a phone call and the friently and postiveness that just comes through the phone by Ms Rebecca Chumley. This feeling of warmth and wanting to "take care of you" is clearly demonstrated by Luke, service advisor, Adam, service manager, and John, general manager. This one of a few business establishments where I truely feel welcome and want to "do business" with. If this is your customer service model throiughtout your organization, then its no wounder that your company is at the "top of its game." By all means keep up the outstanding service. More
