Service I live just south of San Francisco and was in Sierra Madre visiting relatives when the engine light came on my 2012 BMW X-5. I brought it to this deal I live just south of San Francisco and was in Sierra Madre visiting relatives when the engine light came on my 2012 BMW X-5. I brought it to this dealership and had a great experience. Greg Hernandez, our service advisor, was great. We needed to get back home but did not want to drive until the problem was solved. Greg kept us informed of our vehicle status and told us the exact time the vehicle was ready. As a result, we were able to get back home on time. More
Tim takes care of my cars BMW of Monrovia is a beautiful facility which has a great layout in the service department where you basically drive into the building right up to to BMW of Monrovia is a beautiful facility which has a great layout in the service department where you basically drive into the building right up to to service representatives kiosks. Tim Chen has been my service rep there for 6 years since i bought my 2009 328i. Tim keeps me updated on the vehicle status when I take in service or any warranty/recall work. I would probably go with another dealership or a private mechanic if it weren't for Tim. More
Best experience buying a NEW BMW I bought a brand new X3 30i SAV, 2019 model. Neal DeLasAlas was the best. Explained to us all the options available, colors of exterior and interior I bought a brand new X3 30i SAV, 2019 model. Neal DeLasAlas was the best. Explained to us all the options available, colors of exterior and interior, features etc.. I informed Neal that I'm a returning customer cause I'm a Costco member and this is the second time I'm buying a car from this dealership. He gave us all sort of rebates and Costco discounts, he basically took care of ME, making sure I get the best deal possible and I'm so grateful for that. If I were to rate Neal service on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 15. More
Discrimiation Dealership I have went to different BMW dealerships. This was the first time I had my vehicle serviced at this dealership and this will be the last time because I have went to different BMW dealerships. This was the first time I had my vehicle serviced at this dealership and this will be the last time because this is the worst one in the Los Angeles area I have been to. Their service manager is very unprofessional and made fun of me being not speak good English. He told me that " YOUR ENGLISH IS NOT GOOD. I WAS BORN IN ENGLAND AND I SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. BETTER THAN YOU." He also told me that you don't have to service your vehicle here and you can go to other dealership if you want. Basically, as a manager, he is asking a first time customer not to come back to their business. So how can your business survive without returning customers? First time to hear that from a manager. At the end, when I am ready to pick up my vehicle, the service manager told me that they could not find my vehicle and my vehicle was picked up by my wife. Luckily it was my wife. What if it is someone else? How can a dealership releases a vehicle to some one other than the owner of the vehicle! That was before I made the payment at the cashier! Terrible management and very unorganized! Not recommend to go to this dealership if you don't speak fluent English and if you don't want your vehicle to be picked up by someone else. Go to New Century BMW. They are much more better. At least if you don't speak good English, they will still treat you as a customer and will not make fun of you! More

CPO Buyer Beware Here is my review, maybe it will save someone else from having a similar experience...I located the exact car I was looking for in '16 on the BMW of N Here is my review, maybe it will save someone else from having a similar experience...I located the exact car I was looking for in '16 on the BMW of North America website in the CPO section at this out of state dealership in Ca. It was a 2013 750i with 16k miles..was told the approx 55k asking price was non-negotiable due to it being an executive lease turn in, in perfect condition, with clean carfax/carcheck reviews..I wired the funds and had the car shipped to me in Az (I will skip the details of the finance dept selling me a $3500 1 year "gold wrap" extended warranty but misrepresenting it as a 4 year warranty)recently I went to test drive a BMW SUV and agreed to a trade in inspection on the 7 series and upon returning to the lot was told the dealership wouldn't consider my car for trade in because of the extensive body/paint work history,,the salesman pointed out things that now are very obvious, stated the car should not have been sold as a certified pre-owned because to qualify it can only have undergone work on a maximum of 2 body panels, that the car was a ticking time bomb, Monrovia's business reputation was known to be poor, and recommended that I take the car for a full body inspection. In summary the Penske Auto Body Collision shop inspection found 14 separate panel areas on the car were worked on, including both bumpers, all 4 doors, both rear quarter panels, the roof, a windshield pillar and fender. The report notes the "texture/sheen on the vehicle is very inconsistent, dull spots, swirls, runs, peeling, overspray present all over the vehicle and on some moldings and seals"". Further, they were able to determine the paint thickness varied from a norm of approx 4ml all the way up to 16.6 ml. So I contacted BMW of Monrovia assuming this was an honest but careless mistake on their part, certain they would be willing to discuss this and take some responsibility. That was not the case. The management was very difficult to reach, and when I did eventually speak to someone, I was told that "this sort of thing happens all the time, people repair damaged cars then turn them in off lease". Because I was having such a difficult time reaching BMW of Monrovia's management, I also reached out to BMW of North America's customer service department, but they said although I'd located the car on their website, it was only a "marketplace" for independent dealers, and that they had no control over the dealers. Despite placing numerous calls to them requesting guidance on how to proceed with unwinding or remaking the deal with Monrovia, they were not returned. So having gotten nowhere with either Monrovia or BMW of North America Customer Service, I felt there was no option other than to consult an attorney for representation. Thus far, BMW of North America, Sonic (the dealerships owner) and Monrovia have chosen to disregard my legal representatives overtures to discuss the issue. So, the difficult lessons I've learned here are that a Certified Pre-Owned BMW isn't a reliable clean car, (even when represented on the BMW of North America website), that Carfax and Carcheck can be unreliable, that BMW of North America apparently has no interest or leverage in assisting its customers even when its vehicles are grossly misrepresented by one of their dealers, and that at best, Sonic BMW of Monrovia either has a terribly performing certification process, or at worst engages in unethical business practices. Given their complete lack of concern and having since found similar reviews online the evidence, unfortunately, appears to lean towards the latter. More
Will over charge you fees than agreed on! Beware when you sign your contract! This dealer will charge you extra fees more than you agreed on! When you call back to complaint, the manager Yahia Beware when you sign your contract! This dealer will charge you extra fees more than you agreed on! When you call back to complaint, the manager Yahia Zabdie will tell you to "HAVE A NICE DAY!" Once they have your money they are done with you! Agreed to pay $36 in Non Taxable fees and end up getting charged for $102.25 for fees ($66.25) over the fees I was suppose to pay. They will tell you the dealer is a big company and doesn't need the $66.25. Yeah sure multiply that number by a 100 customers. Remember one thing: there is no law saying that the buyer has to pay the smog fee or the electronic vehicle transfer fee! Both of them are NON-GOVERNMENTAL FEES! They told me to talk to DMV LOL!!!
