Monica, We apologize your first visit on Saturday morning was not a 5-star experience. Our Saturday service appointments are booked well in advance and while we are glad to try and accommodate walk-in customers, we can only promise them back by the end of the day. We recommend you call ahead or visit our website to book your future appointments for services and hopefully, we can take care of the turbo coolant leak and suspension issues discovered during the multi-point inspection.
