Seth and Reed provided me an experience I’ve never had visiting a dealership before. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with the service they provided me. They took time out of their visiting a dealership before. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with the service they provided me. They took time out of their busy schedules to not only educate me on things I could do to keep my car in great condition as I’ve just made it over the 100K mile marker, they showed me ways to even save money within future repairs that would normally with my exact model. These guys were true professionals at heart whom you can tell have a strong sense of passion for their work! I told them they can’t leave the dealership because I’m being my car to them for everything lol! I’ve never had the feeling of not wanting to leave the dealership in my life, as normally I’m running so that I’m not breaking the bank! There’s a true difference in the individuals you have at BMW of Mobile! Keep it up fellas! More

I would highly recommended that you look him up when looking for your next vehicle. They have a Mascot named Beemer whom the dealership has rescued and embraced. The management shows empathy and compassion by adopting this stray cat. I applaud them giving back to the animal community. I was able to make an appt online for any day within one week to get my X3 looked for a minor issue. I was sent a text reminder the day before. Since I was going to be there for a while, I thought I would take an UBER to the mall. Oh no, the offer shuttle service to the mall! And the driver Leon was very friendly. Becky who checked me in gave ne a call to let me know the service was completed and asked what time I would like to be picked up. I had a little more shopping to do, so we set a time. Door to door service in a nice BMW. That can't be beat! Thank you BMW Mobile for taking good care of my vehicle and me! Won't dread having to take my vehicle in for servicing again! More
