Walk-in for oil change service. Caucasian lady, short with short red nails assisted me initially only to inform me “Yes, we talk walk-ins but you have to drop your car off and come Caucasian lady, short with short red nails assisted me initially only to inform me “Yes, we talk walk-ins but you have to drop your car off and come back at 5pm”. The entire time I’m looking at the customer waiting room. Maybe it’s reserved for individuals who schedule an appt. Then the female advisor says “Well I have a technician available who can get to your car now”. She later stated “Why don’t you take your car to Sandy Sansing in Pensacola it’s closer to your job. I then replied “I don’t want to use Sandy Sansing”. I don’t know if there was egg on my face but the lady kept staring at me. I then inquired about car mats for my car. After an hour wait my car was ready and a young man took my payment. The actual service was great but customer service was condescending. I felt as though my “black dollar” wasn’t welcomed. That’s my experience and I’m sticking to it. More
