second bmw i bought at this dealership last month i bought a 2016 bmwx3 here. i love the way my sales associate brent let me just browse as long as i wanted he was there to answer my ques last month i bought a 2016 bmwx3 here. i love the way my sales associate brent let me just browse as long as i wanted he was there to answer my questions and he knows his inventory very well i asked for test drive and learned much more about this beautiful suv i felt no pressure at all and i would have left had i been pressured brent delivered on all points its a rather high tech car and i struggled understanding all it offered but brent worked with me for a long time to insure i felt comfortable' i did come back to savannah the "genius" expert also very helpful when i had questions when i got home brent and savannah were veru willing to help thats called service after sale people. also pleasure working with don in service dept he has many years in auto business special thanks to mike the mechanic who worked my 08 bmw and was honest about the repairs i love this dealership and highly reccomend it note*** i called manager chuck hodges to tell him what a great professional teamhe has paula wright More

Brent's knowledge of BMW vehicles is very impressive and he is such a nice and personable guy. My wife and I were looking around for a car for her (Mercedes, Audi, BMW) and we knew when we walked on the lot in Mobile, that the BMW 740Li was THE car. Brent was more than patient as we made our decision. A few months later, I was in the market for an SUV and I called Brent up and asked him if he would be willing to take in a Jeep Wrangler on trade. His response was - ABSOLUTELY. I plan to always be in a BMW and will buy from Brent as long as he is in the dealership. More

Fourth BMW from BMW of Mobile! That says it all! Every time I have bought a BMW I have known which model I want, I just need help with tweaking the color combinations and putting together the option Every time I have bought a BMW I have known which model I want, I just need help with tweaking the color combinations and putting together the option packages. I like a sales person who is professional, knowledgeable, communicative, patient, flexible, and treats me like I am his only customer. And a sense of humor doesn't hurt! I found all of these attributes in Brent Waldron and more! He seemed to mold to just the right sales person to suit my needs and personality. If I asked him to walk the dealership lot once, we must have walked outside at least ten times so I could actually see exterior and interior colors. And this is on several trips that I made to the dealership! Although I knew which model I wanted, deciding exterior and interior combinations is huge and I wanted to be absolutely passionate about my final choice! Brent was very patient about building cars on the BMW website with my choices and then allowing me to change my mind with that big smile on his face! Then one day after one of our "field trips" to look at cars outside, we walked back into the dealership and there sat the car of my dreams! A gorgeous Mediterranean blue 535i with oyster white leather interior. That was it! I had found my car! I knew the model, and now I knew the color. Now Brent had to work his magic and get this combo ordered for me with all my options in a 2016 model. And he did! Not only that, with this sale Brent sold the first 2016 BMW for BMW of Mobile! The follow up after sale was impeccable. Brent either e-mailed me or called me every step of the way to let me know where my vehicle was from production to arrival in Mobile. He is an absolute natural fit for representing BMW as he is professional and knowledgeable yet he is not aggressive not intimidating or arrogant. His obviously cares about his clients and what is in their best interest is genuine. Brent could have sold me several options that I really didn't need based on my driving habits, but he did not do that. Instead he suggested other options that would be more beneficial for me. I would recommend Brent Waldron to anyone looking for a vehicle with BMW of Mobile. I wish him much success in all of his endeavors as he well deserves it. BMW of Mobile is very fortunate to have such talent on their staff! More

I didn't understand how come a sales person can be dismissive and so rude when they work on commission. C'mon man! I'm not buying a Kia! Not that's something wrong with that brand. Two gents helped me in making the buying experience great in here: Brent Waldron and Paul Jones. First one on making sure that every detail of the car and the price was right, and the second one on working with my less then stellar credit. Paperwork done within one business day, send back and by day three i owned my new black 2014 335I. I wish all the sales and finance guys in my area would take some lessons form this guys in Mobile how to handle a customer and deal with any kind of personalities. No questions were unanswered regarding the vehicle purchase, financing and Brent Waldron even dropped the vehicle at one of their dealerships in New Orleans making my life so much easier! Even if i had initially been credit rejected by BMW Financial, Paul worked with them and i got a great rate as well. Would i buy another BMW form this guys? I definitely would! You guys got a customer for life! Thank you! More

Brent went above and beyond to find me my Camry Hybrid. He was great to deal with--his good communication at every step of the way made it easy to shop from afar. He and Paul worked together to get everything squared away in advance, so my trip to Mobile to pick up the vehicle was smooth and easy. I have bought several new and used vehicles in my life, and I must say that my experience at BMW of Mobile was by far the best. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a great car and great service. Awesome car buying experience by an out of town buyer!!! I found a CPO certified car online with exact same package and options I was looking for at this dealership and contacted them to know more, I was soo I found a CPO certified car online with exact same package and options I was looking for at this dealership and contacted them to know more, I was soon contacted by Sonya West and from that point onward she worked with me to not only get a good deal on this car but also took care of all my need with this transaction making sure all my questions answered and concerns being addressed. Being out of town buyer around 600 miles away I wasn't sure if I am making the right decision to fly down to get this car and honestly I got more worried when I read the last 2 reviews which warned out of town buyers, but then Sonya did gave me an assurance and she did stood by her promise. She truly made this ultimate driving machine buying transaction no less than ultimate buying experience. I am glad that I did flew down and closed this deal, the car was as good as it was in the pictures and I had no complaints. Sonya not only made sure that I leave happy and satisfied but had been in regular touch since then taking feedback on my drive experience. It was also a pleasure to meet Paul in finance, he also took very good care, walked me and guided through different finance options, suggested some add-ons with no sales pressure at all. Overall I couldn't have expected anything better with this whole process. I would like to thank both Sonya and Paul for making it a pleasurable experience. More
Out of Town Buyers Beware!!! I"ve purchased a vehicle long distance from a Ford Dealership and the service was outstanding. My experience with BMW Mobile has turned into an experience that I will never forget. I have contacted Paul, McCovey and the Floor Manager without response. The vehicle was delivered to me and I certainly can't discount this. The photo of the vehicle online was quite different than the SUV I received. This mind you is a CPO vehicle . CPO means different things at this dealership. I have a only a 1 yr subscription ot BMW Assist (it doesn't work anyways). Its like the vehicle it was stripped. I don't have a cargo cover, the rims are all scrapped up, no SIRRUS radio as advised and two of the tires need to be changed already. What in the world!!!! The vehicle also needs to be detailed. That's not it...I don't have one piece of paper that notes that I bought this vehicle. The paperwork was supposed to be provided to me at delivery of the vehicle......not!! Then it was supposed to be mailed to me. Months later I don't have any paperwork and no one will return my phone calls. I have contacted BMW National and they are handling the matter now. Don't buy a vehicle from this location.........if a Ford Dealership is more ethical than a BMW dealership then there has to be something wrong. AM I driving this vehicle back to Mobile from NC to get the items needed >>.NOT!! I asked if I could return the vehicle and no answer therefore anything done to my BMW will be handled at the dealership here locally. More

I spent half a day working with the salesman and Director of Finance to purchase a certified X3. Was told they would not accept deposit for the vehicle until a credit application was submitted. I submitted the application promptly and dealt with the Director of Finance to discuss overnighting of remaining documents to be finalized. Booked flight, rental car, and hotel to come pick up the vehicle by the date discussed. I called back next business day to review status and was informed the car was sold. No attempt was made to contact me to indicate further action was needed on my part to secure the vehicle. More
