BMW of Mobile blew the engine in my mom car…. They then kept my mom car over a year and wanted us to pay $1,000 + to have it towed home after driving it in I have reached out to BMW corporation b They then kept my mom car over a year and wanted us to pay $1,000 + to have it towed home after driving it in I have reached out to BMW corporation but they said the shop is owned separately from them but they still noted the complaint however BMW of Mobile first stated that they weren't at fault my insurance company should have approved the second repair because rods just throw for no reason, then I was told the engine was never broken down to show metal in the pan but I got the pictures from my warranty company and once I showed the metal in the pan they then pulled up the car fax said that when we took it to Pelc 100+ miles prior to bringing it to them Pelc cracked the oil pan which is why the rod threw... what I don't understand is how did the cracked oil pan that they claim Pelc caused make the rod spin when they had already replaced the oil pan from the repair that my warranty company approved weeks prior to the rod being spun... also they said they drove the car after repairs for 3 miles then left it idle in the bay which is when the rod spun, they had already replaced everything so it's not making sense someone please help More
