Becky makes me feel welcomed and safe. Everyone has a horror story of a garage or dealership lying about needed service. It has not been that way at BMW. She is always knowledgeable, upfront, and welcoming. Regardless of how busy she is or how much chaos is in the lobby, Becky's focus remains on the customer. My time is limited. I live in Daphne, teach in Robertsdale, and take care of my 89 year old mother. Service is always fast and dependable. Staff always asks if I need something, or if I need to go somewhere. The last time I was there, the repair wa goimg to take several hours. Becky found me a loaner, which was extremely helpful.. Thank you, Michelle Perry More
