They seem to have computer issues every time I have been in for service. At least that is the excuse I have been given. We are having a tire issue with a new tire that they cannot resolve and they have not in for service. At least that is the excuse I have been given. We were at the dealership for 4 hours yesterday to update the computer in our car, change the oil and check a tire. Seems like a long time to perform those tasks. More
