I was able to make an appt online for any day within one week to get my X3 looked for a minor issue. I was sent a text reminder the day before. Since I was going to be there for a while, I thought I would take an UBER to the mall. Oh no, the offer shuttle service to the mall! And the driver Leon was very friendly. Becky who checked me in gave ne a call to let me know the service was completed and asked what time I would like to be picked up. I had a little more shopping to do, so we set a time. Door to door service in a nice BMW. That can't be beat! Thank you BMW Mobile for taking good care of my vehicle and me! Won't dread having to take my vehicle in for servicing again! More
